Dronedesk Great CRM for commercial businesses
Dronedesk is an essential part of running a drone business. The application CRM is live and online so we can access the site in the field as well are remote offices. We often, point our students to Dronedesk after completing the GVC to assist with their start up business and CAA application process. Great platform easy to navigate and use. Good Intuitive Record Keeping.
I use this web based program to support my business of Drone Photography and Videography. I find it simple and intuitive, essential for recording details of clients, equipment and flights, merged with project/job details and progress easily visualised.

Flight Planning
Having recently been tasked with organising over 20 flights for a client I find Dronedesk is an invaluable tool when planning. Now instead of trawling through multiple maps, switching between numerous apps and webpages all the information to safely plan a flight is now in one place. Highly recommend.

All-in-One Planning Tool
I chose Dronedesk as the platform for my company - Aerial Ashes - because it contains all the information I need for assessing and planning tasks and produces excellent 'job packs' which can be tailored to give clients all the information they need in a highly professional file.
The more I use Dronedesk, the more I realise how much time it is saving without skipping any of the important assessment stages.

A must have for all drone operators, this app allows you to plan your missions through to invoice. It is like having another team member, especially good for us that work on our own.

THE platform for UAV management and business admin - 5 stars!
Dronedesk has been a really useful platform to plan, execute and conclude my UAV operations over this passed year. The platform has become a necessary tool in my day-to-day workload, relieving a few of the many pressures to ensure each flight, commercial and recreational, are successful. Makes planning simple and straightforward
Makes planning jobs and tracking clients simple and stress free. Before I used Dronedesk I had to refer to several different sites to collate all the info needed to plan drone jobs, this does it all in one.

I have given Dronedesk 4 stars only because I haven’t had that much experience with using it yet, but the way things are going I am sure it will achieve 5 stars and Beyond.
I’m not the greatest with IT but I am finding it user friendly, to be able to access short videos to help you through a particular page is a real bonus, and of course collating all the information needed for the CAA year end.
