While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Very unfriendly and not helpful. Waste of money and time
I have been using Doc Brown for years. Dr Maalika assisted me through my mom’s death and supported me. I have been well. I got gastro and booked with Dr Ilhaam van der Schyff and she promised my script in 30 mins. It came 5 hours later, after I had to call the other practice partner. I wasted a day where if I got the script for meds sooner I could have been better sooner. Dr Maalika has never made me felt the way I did with Dr van der Schyff. I had to literally beg for something I paid for. Additionally my name was incorrect.
It was very easy to book a consultation and the doctor was knowledgeable, compassionate and professional.
They made a mistake with my email address and then sent my script and medical certificate to the wrong person. I sent a few follow-up emails and the doctor contacted me via WhatsApp later in the day (roughly 6 hours after the consultation) and remedied the mistake.
Dr Brown has been my primary care doctor for a few months now. I find her and her colleagues to be knowledgable, efficient, caring and friendly.
My only critique would be that they can be slow/quiet on the admin side of things - perhaps investing in an assistant here would improve the post-consultation experience.
Likely a scam. Didn't receive my script from them and no way to contact other than a personal email received after the consultation, but they don't respond.
