The product seems to be extremely well made. The shipping, however, was VERY slow !!!!

All I can say is the quality of this company is next level and honestly the meaning behind their company is so powerful. I love being a part of them and know you would as well not to mention their customer service is next level as well like I couldn’t ask for any more.

Shipping to Toronto was quick and I received my tracking information shortly after ordering. It arrived in 9 days, including the weekend.

I got the “Everything is Fine” sweater and the quality of the sweater is great. I would prefer a different kind of screen print for the design as it feels like it may crack sooner than you’d expect.

Great quality hoodies. You can clearly see that you're getting what you pay for. Thick, high GSM hoodies that hold their shape well when you wear them. They are oversized so keep that in mind. The customer service is also great and will help in the best way they can. I overall had a very positive interaction with this brand.

I ordered in November and did not receive an email confirmation. I therefore cannot track my order as I have no order number. I have tried emailing and sending enquiries, none of which have been successful. I spent a large sum of money and have nothing to show for it. Drmers club please contact me asap as I am going to have a very sad son at Xmas.

One huge piece of advice to improve on is to extend your return/exchange period. Especially during the holidays and for those that live in a different country. It is nearly impossible to make the return/exchange date when living in USA. Another way to improve is to provide a phone number for customers in order to communicate more efficiently. Emailing takes away from return/exchange times and can often take 12-24 hours for a response.

Quality, fit is great! Literally checks all the boxes throughout the whole process. Only feedback have is I wish there was more size range for pant sizes but I understand that's a hard thing to do

I found this brand back when the search was on for the hoodie that hoodies, and I'm so glad that I did. I was skeptical at first because it's a bit pricey, but the quality and what this brand stands for is worth it all! They even have a rewards program which is awesome. Part of me wants to gatekeep such a cool brand, but DRMERSCLUB deserves all the hype coming its way

The only way to reach them is via email to which they do not respond. I received my parcel on 6th of November and wrote them, requesting a return. No one responded!!
