Cosmelan review
I underwent the Cosmelan peel treatment for melasma/pigmentation at the Dr MediSpa in Knightsbridge with the lovely Mariana's guidance. Mariana has been absolutely incredible all the way through this process. After spending nearly a year and a small fortune having glass laser toning treatments at a highly reputable Korean clinic in Mayfair with little to no results and with the whole experience culminating with them burning my face during treatment and then not taking responsibility or offering apology, I was already anxious and demoralised by my journey. Mariana has been such a refreshing energy in contrast - really friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and has a great sense of humour which I appreciate. During the first couple of weeks after the Cosmelan peel, I was struggling with the process and she responded to my emails out of hours on the weekend with so much kindness and reassurance. I am very very happy with the results! My skin looks so much better and even though it was expensive, I spent a lot less than with the other clinic and had much more dramatic results with the best guide, so it was worth it! I cannot recommend this clinic and Mariana highly enough. Thank you so much for everything!!

Dr Somji is extremely knowledgeable and professional and the staff are welcoming, friendly, kind and courteous. It’s always obvious that the clinic is a lovely working environment for the staff and would recommend this clinic 100%.I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else

Fantastic and welcoming
It was and amazing first experience, Katherine was super supportive and patient with my questions. As someone who has never had any cosmetic treatments to full legs/hollywood/face/arm pits it was an easy experience after getting used to the sensation of laser treatment.

I have been going to Dr Medispa in…
I have been going to Dr Medispa in Loughton for a few years now but recently I have been getting my micro needling through Elli . I must say I am so impressed with the detail to attention and the care Elli takes in making sure the treatment I receive is perfect and I get the best results with her . She takes her time to listen and makes suggestions which in a work of many treatments is sometimes required. My only suggestion for the clinic is to reward loyal customers - I know there are discounts on certain treatments as packages but sometimes I undertake different treatments and would be good to see that rewarded as a loyal customer rather than just a package discount . Just a suggestion :)

This morning i had my iPixel laser resurfacing treatment with Lucia at Dr.Medispa, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. This was my fourth visit, and each experience has been consistently outstanding.
Lucia is absolutely amazing — she’s incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely caring. What really sets her apart is how open she is about her own skin journey. She shares what has and hasn’t worked for her, including helpful advice around diet and lifestyle, so I always leave feeling informed, supported, and confident in my skin plan.
The service at Dr.Medispa is truly bespoke. Every visit feels personalised, unhurried, and professional, with high-quality products and exceptional care throughout. I travel just under two hours to get here, and it is 100% worth every mile — the results speak for themselves.

I had spoken to Lara a few times before my appointment she was always pleasant, helpful and patient with me on the phone.
My appointment was to see Dr Somji as I had some hair issues. I was a few minutes late but he was understanding of traffic and was very professional. He knows his stuff as he told me what was going on and how to remedy it. He was patient enough to answer my questions without rushing me. I am extremely impressed with Dr Somji, Bridget and Gemma on the front desk. All in all very good experience and would be going back.

Dr Somji and Mariana are excellent
I’ve been seeing Dr Somji and Mariana at both the Marylebone and Knightsbridge clinics for over two years. They have always made me feel comfortable, listen with care, and give honest advice. Excellent service
Very friendly, professional staff at the clinic.
I had sculptra 6 months ago with Dr Somji , after searching a couple of years for someone who is an expert in doing the treatment and I must say I am impressed with the results.
I had my second appointment today and again a very good experience. I had sculptra and a little filler.
Dr Somji takes the time to explain how the skin works, results and benefits.
You never feel rushed or that they are just after your money.
He goes above and beyond with his customer service.
I feel in safe hands and that he understands my concerns and what results I want to achieve.
It all looks very natural.
No one will know that I have had some little treatments done( unless they read this!!)
So I highly recommend.
