I ordered a hoodie from their website exactly one week ago and paid immediately on the same day. The payment was received the same day. Now I've been waiting for a week without anything happening with my order, even though the item was apparently in stock. Unfortunately, customer support hasn't responded to me for two days, even though I inquired about the status of my order. I strongly advise everyone against ordering from them or spending any money there. It's a very unprofessional practice.

** AVOID DRKN ** I work in the Gaming industry and came across DRKN products at Gamescom in 2023.. ordered a couple of T’s online anonymously to see how they perform. I placed an order over a month ago, I have heard nothing, the only thing they have done is take the money. There is no published phone number and my numerous emails to their published customer service address have been completely ignored. I’ve started the process to recover the money… no collab.

Appalling customer service. Have emailed over four times asking for a refund label for one item of clothing. No response whatsoever. No phone phone number anywhere to be seen. Hopeless.

DRKN is a great company with people who care. 'DARKEN' has a motto: acceptance and equality, something I can get behind - something that is the core message of Rainbow Six.

The apparel is well-designed and soothing to wear. Is it expensive? A little more pricey than non-gaming related clothing, yes, but I believe the apparel I purchased is worth the price I paid.

The company made accommodations for me for their 3 for 2 sale despite me making two separate orders via communication through email. I'd been having a little bit of trouble getting a skin code (the application unfortunately doesn't work), but they got me the code and I now have it!

Unfortunately I made my purchases recently right before a sale happened on the items I bought! They could not do a retroactive partial refund for me, but I'm still satisfied with the service and items.

I bought form Drkn back in August.

I recieved my package as late as in february. I asked Them if it was possible to make a refund, and they Said yes. I then Got a postal adress to send it back. After a week they responded saying they recieved the package. After almost 4 months they have Said it was in the warehouse, but wont refund until processed. After 2 months they stopped responding. THEY CONFIRMED THEY RECIEVED MY PACKAGE, but wont refund me the money.

I purchased a $120 hoodie it ruined in its first wash even though I followed the instructions, I complained to the customer service and they just took the mic

Worst customer service ever + SCAM

Send back an Item because of false promises. They received my Hoodie and told me that they were gonna "fix it".
Months later I'm not getting any response or money back.
I will initiate legal action against them.

AWFUL COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE GOT A HOODWY SENT BACK FOR RESIZE AND AFTER OVER A MONTH STILL NOTHING ALL I GET IS FAKE PROMISES FROM THEM AND NO ITEM

Waited nearly a month for at least info regarding 2 orders and all I got was being ignored and empty words to lead me on believeing that they would help. Alas when I asked for a refund all I got was more of the same.
