Rude receptionist
I rang to make an enquiry today to be shocked to greeted with such hostility from Crystalin customer services.All I wanted to do was ask if we could still use a voucher bought in 2020 that had expired because of the Covid lockdown and was immediately greeting with an argument.As I’d expected my voucher was invalid.I was intending to buy my husband a replacement voucher but having been greeted by this woman with an attitude that seriously needs worked on I quickly changed my mind.I have worked in customer services myself and have too much respect for both myself and the company I worked for to ever speak to a customer like this …shocked and disgusted
