Unprofessional & rude

Ater researching providers of driving refresher lessons in the SW I settled on DLA and booked a lesson for 2-Mar on 19-Feb with Faisal. With less than 1h warning I received a text cancelling with no reason given, he refused to pick up the phone when I called to understand more and potentially reschedule, and I received no follow-up communication. Furthermore, DLA themselves have ignored my emails despite 2 follow-ups and previously having been responsive.

Extremely rude and highly unprofessional, I would suggest not wasting your time.
