Everything was so easy! The process from beginning to pickup took about 5 days max. The people were friendly, Tyler was extremely helpful, responsive, and kind! They also gave me more money than anyone else. Would do it again.

Trade in your vehicle. Do not sell to them I followed all the steps in selling my truck. They initially said it will be a couple days and then it ended up being over a week until they could come see it. After running around completing all their tasks we had an offer and a date for pickup. They come to pick up the 9yr old truck and the guy declines to purchase the truck due to 2 spots in the roof that “ his trained eyes “ says is from hail. It’s a 9 yr old truck that i clearly wrote in the form as average shape. Do not sell to them. It just a waste of time. It’s a 9yr old truck that they expect to look perfect even though in the review i rated it as average due to it being 9 yrs old.

You made everything so simple for me , got me into the vehicle I really wanted even after we didn’t think it was gonna happen or there was any possible way I was going to get financed for the 2020 explorer that I really wanted due to a crap credit score but they worked with me and made it happen for me . If anyone is looking for any type of new or used vehicle cars ,suv, trucks, vans , they definitely need to come to driveway .com you would be crazy not to get a vehicle with them it would literally be like throwing a new car away lol . I really wanted to have a good experience with Driveway.com, but unfortunately the communication throughout this entire process has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
To start with the positives, the vehicle itself is great. We purchased a 2021 Audi Q5 that is in beautiful condition and drives well. That part of the experience met expectations. However, even there, the listing stated two key fobs and we only received one. Since the listing was no longer accessible after purchase, we couldn’t verify or dispute it.
Everything else is where things fell apart.
We were told delivery would take 2–3 weeks, which we understood and planned around. We submitted all paperwork quickly on our end to avoid delays. During the waiting period, there was communication, but it was almost always initiated by us. Each day we would reach out for an update, and each time we were told the same thing: that a driver had not yet been located. This went on for over two weeks after purchase, with no proactive updates from their team. We didn’t receive confirmation that a driver had been secured until the day before delivery.
Even then, the delivery itself was poorly communicated. We were never given a delivery time as promised. We received no advance notice at all, just a call when the driver was already outside our house. We happened to be home purely by luck, but had we stepped out even briefly, we would have completely missed the delivery.
Because of how stressful and disorganized the process was (including the fact that finding a driver took nearly double the estimated time), we were told Driveway would reimburse our first month of car insurance as a courtesy. It has now been over a month since delivery, and we have received no refund and no follow-up.
Then came the registration issue.
Our temporary tags were set to expire one month after delivery. We proactively called a week in advance to check on permanent plates and were told they wouldn’t arrive until after the temp tags expired. We were assured not to worry because a second set of temporary tags would be overnighted with a tracking number.
That didn’t happen.
After multiple follow-ups, we were repeatedly told it was “too early” to request them. Then suddenly we were told they couldn’t even renew the tags until the day they expired, guaranteeing a lapse. We were not informed of this until the last minute, leaving us with no ability to plan.
Now our tags have expired, we still have no tracking number for replacements, and the vehicle will not be drivable. We’ve already made our first loan payment on a car we are not even be able to legally drive.
On top of that:
No response from the representative who was supposed to handle our refund.
No response from the representative handling the tag situation.
No notes on our account when calling the main line.
No accountability or follow-through from anyone.
The lack of communication, organization, and ownership is honestly shocking for a company handling purchases at this level.
The car itself is great, but everything else about this experience has been stressful, disorganized, and deeply disappointing. At this point, I would not recommend Driveway.com based on the customer experience alone.

I had to calll the next day after I accepted the offer because I didn't receive any notice fron driveway.
Shanon told me she tried calling but the number didn't go through. I told her that she was using an old number. Once she got the correct information she sent me the inspection link and an email to upload my documents.
She followed up once everything was sent and was extremely helpful and polite
