Excellent driving instructors. Charlotte and Ricardo taught myself and my husband to drive after moving to Crawley. Charlotte was flexible, fun, patient, encouraging and responsive to my needs as a learner driver and I highly recommend her as an instructor .

Charlotte had helped me learn new things and built my confidence when driving! She was so calm, friendly and funny to be with in lessons which helped keep me calm in lessons as well as my test where she helped me pass first time!!

Ric is an amazing instructor! He's so calm and the way he teaches makes everything very understandable. He focuses on safety and making sure you yourself are confident and feel capable too.
I had a previous instructor before learning with Ric, and I came to him as someone who had very low confidence and doubt in their ability. He totally transformed that and has helped me to pass my test!!
He's really flexible with lessons and timing and always tries to work out things even staying a bit after lesson chatting things through and helping to understand.
I would highly recommend him! Absolutely wonderful instructor.

I decided I wanted driving lessons in my late thirties due to a change of circumstances in my life. I contacted Drive Solution and spoke to Charlotte and explained my situation to her. I knew from the moment I spoke with her that Drive Solution was the driving school I wanted to have my driving lessons with. Charlotte was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I am someone that can get anxious and take a while to learn a new skill especially wanting to get my drivers license at a later age in life. From my very first lesson Charlotte was amazing she was caring, patient, knowledgeable and understanding and taught me in a way that I was able to learn and understand. I felt comfortable in all of my lessons with her. She went above and beyond to get me at a level of being test ready. On the 20/04/26 I passed my test first time. Charlotte is an incredible instructor and I can't rate Charlotte and Drive Solution highly enough. Thank you so so much.

Riccardo is a fantastic instructor. helping me to pass first time and was helping me to get the best of me and what I most appreciated about his instruction, was his emphasis on safety and I say a big thank for him to make me pass my driving test.

Riccardo is a fantastic instructor. He was patient and knew exactly what was needed to get the best out of me, helping me to pass first time. However, what I most appreciated about his instruction, was his emphasis on safety. He really was trying to ensure that I wouldn’t just pass my test, but that I would be a driver who would continue to be safe and I will endeavour to carry on the principles that he taught me moving forward.

I simply don’t have the words that can describe and pay gratitude to my amazing instructor Charlotte. This woman is incredible! As-well as being professional and patient she also ensures to fine tune your areas of weaknesses. I have been very lucky to have her as my instructor and thankful to her for transforming me into a confident driver on the road. I passed my driving test 1st time with only 1 minor within 4 months of starting with Charlotte! Not only that, I enjoyed the entire experience of learning. Charlotte offered lots of variety as-well as taking on board client based learning as-well to suit all needs throughout the experience. Not only this Charlotte is a true one and is honest and wants you to pass as quickly as you want to pass! I lost confidence a couple of days before my test and Charlotte worked above and beyond to regain my confidence and answer all of my questions no matter how silly or daft they were! Charlotte, thank you for being the best instructor I could have ever asked for! I am really going to miss you and our drives! Thank you for turning my dream into reality.

I needed driving lessons to drive and automatic car here in the UK. I have a license in the States but was unused to driving on narrow country roads with hedgerows and passing places. I was also unused to roundabouts. Shaid was my teacher in Banbury. I couldn't have asked for better! He was so patient and encouraging even when he had to correct me. He has a very calming voice which put me at ease when I was nervous. I passed with only 2 minors. Thank you, Shaid!

Thanks to Charlotte I passed first time with only one minor!! I couldn’t be more grateful. She was so patient and amazing when it comes to anxiety. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re feeling happy and confident. I genuinely looked forward to my lessons each week. Charlotte made me feel so comfortable and it always felt like going for a drive with a friend. I’m actually feeling sad about not having lessons with her anymore but she’s encouraged me all the way and was just as happy as I was to have passed! Ric is an exceptional driving instructor. With his clear and adaptive teaching methods I managed to pass my test first time, with only 10 hours of lessons. Always friendly, punctual, and professional; even stayed after one of our sessions to help me jump start my car! Highly recommended.

Ric is very thorough and knowledgable with the teachings.
He would breakdown the steps and throughout the lessons refer to them to ensure you know them.
Having had a different instructor (before lockdown), i learnt new things from Ric which has helped me, the learner, feel more confident and relaxed with my own driving.
Ric is always smiling and calm so it is always nice to meet for my next lesson.

Honestly after years and years of being messed around by instructors and loosing my confidence, I was finally so happy to find such an amazing teacher - Charlotte! Without Charlottes patience, guidance and generally just being a lovely human I wouldn’t have got to where I am and passed!!!!!
