I thought I was dealing with AAA…
I thought I was dealing with AAA roadside assistance because that’s what I looked up in my phone. I was charged $199 to have my tire changed even though I have AAA coverage

I appreciate the service I received on 8/18/25. Once placed my order online, I had a very quick response and phone call from the driver. He was at my car within 25 minutes. A very professional man that cared about my safety, leaving with instructions driving on a spare tire. I can’t think your team enough for the wonderful service.

Never use them!!
Never, ever use these predatory people. I called because my Tesla had a flat. He told me it would be $175 to come out and that, if the tire needed to be replaced, the total would be up to $500. I gave him my information and called him back 10 minutes later after discovering the tire couldn’t be repaired. He said he would look for a tire and give me pricing.
Then he called back and told me it would be $800 for one tire. I told him I would not pay $800 for a single tire when the tire costs $380 max. He then said it was because it was Sunday. I declined. He told me he would still charge my card $175 for the service. I explained that I didn’t want the service, and he said it was non-refundable.
At no point did he mention that the $175 would be non-refundable. No one ever came out — the entire conversation lasted about 10 minutes. I ended up finding another company who came out and replaced my tire for $220 (same exact tire).
Buyers beware. They will try to take advantage of your situation and scam money out of you. I will also be reporting this to the BBB and will definitely call my credit card company. When I told the company that actually came out what had happened, they said, “Are you sure they weren’t quoting you for all four tires?” SMH.

They say they will give you full access to jobs and contracts, and that a lie. They take your money, and when there's an issue they'll ignore your emails

The process of getting a receipt that is proper for your insurance to reimburse you for is subpar. Also, it was hard to navigate through the website and there was nobody available to call for help

Canceled my service within 2 minutes
Canceled my service within 2 minutes, still charged me 200 dollars, when they clearly did nothing as it was an est of 80 minutes when I needed help immediately for my dogs burning alive in there anyway, they didn't tell me an est before I spent that money and the number they gave me hung up on me when I asked for help in solving the issue, never use this service 0/10

Fast and friendly

Outstanding experience.
Excellent. Arrived very fast and saved my dogs from a very hot car. Had a rental had it running with the air on and the car shut off with the keys in it. No idea why it did that but they arrived 9 minutes later and saved my dogs. Thank you Joe!

Great Service
Service was quick, competent, and painless. I'm 77 years old and physically cannot change a tire by myself. If I ever have a problem again, I will definitely use DRIVE Roadside again.

Drive Roadside got me going quickly
Drive Roadside quickly found and dispatched a company to jump my car. It was very easy. The only downside is the receipt they emailed to me was very generic and my car insurance company will not accept it. Please improve the service receipt to include the name of the company and service provided.
