I strongly advise others not to rent a car through DiscoverCars. I returned the car in perfect condition as agreed, and they promised that my deposit would be refunded within 14 days. Now far more time has passed, and I have neither received my money nor any kind of response.
I have sent both text messages and emails many times , but they completely ignore my attempts to contact them. It feels like they simply don’t care about their customers, and I honestly feel cheated. Keeping people’s deposit without explanation is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

My only advice: Stay far away from DiscoverCars if you want to avoid problems and frustration.

Double charge and late arrive

I rented from Driver Rent A Car and had a very bad experience.
They refused to accept my prepaid insurance from VIP Cars and forced me to pay €180 cash for duplicate coverage. The car was also delivered over 2 hours late, leaving me and my child waiting for hours in the heat. I’ve contacted them multiple times with no reply.
Very unprofessional and not recommended.
