Started off as InMotion Ventures 3 Limited and was one of the original first customers, now with PE Backing is going downhill and sadly so is their customer service !
Only interested in New Customers not Customer retention especially members over 6 years and basic waffle email answers if you ask for anything or challenge the complaints procedure and if you want a special car OMG its invitation only and never mind that you have had for the last 6 years the most expensive vehicle as counts as nothing !
Now it’s every other month there is some sort of change Price Increase, Terms & Condition change so their insurance is a joke, and Excess is more than the best cars monthly costs ! Plus the prices have gone up in the last 2.5 years by over 25%..........
Plus, once it was a car every 6 months even in Covid ! Now it's lucky if you get one changed every 1 &1/2 Years and when the Data services run out after a year you have to pay ! Plus, the Marketing material shows a Range Rover SV which they have never had that car as well as doing this with the other models too !

Pivotal fleeced me hundreds of pounds for minor wear and tear on return. The also charged me for lack of fuel when it was returned with the correct level.
Be warned - you get stung for BIG charges when you return the vehicle.
Pivotal have reached out to dismiss my concerns - despite admitting they got some of the charges wrong.

I recently had another refreshed for my subscription with Pivotal, moving from the RRSport to the Defender 130 8 Seats, and the whole experience was genuinely seamless. The transition was handled smoothly from start to finish, with excellent coordination on both delivery and collection — timings were spot on and hassle-free.
A big shoutout to Thomas Priest and Ashley from the customer service team, who were incredibly helpful throughout. They took the time to walk me through the available vehicle options, prioritising my choices and constantly looking into availability as part of my 18 months refresh, making the whole process feel tailored and well thought through rather than transactional.
Overall, a very polished and premium experience — exactly what you’d expect from a subscription service at this level.

I think I’ve been with Pivotal for about four years, maybe longer pretty much since they opened. My whole journey has been a breeze. I think it’s very reasonably priced. The team are all lovely from start to finish most recently. I have been talking with Chloe in the renewal department and she has helped and supported me through what must be my fifth or six car. She was super helpful, super lovely and very considerate. Would recommend the service and company to everyone. 🫶🏻
