Use the phishing report capability if you have one and then BLOCK the address. This doesn't stop them, but maybe one day the powers that be will get the message and do something about them

If you use gmail then go into settings, filters & Blocking, then create a new filter. where it says FROM: type "drivefact.org" in inverted comers and apply filter, tick the delete box. This takes it from your SPAM folder and into your BIN without you seeing it. The bin gets cleaned out every 30 day automatically. Hope this helps.
