My instructor, Can Murat Günes, speaks excellent English and is very patient, humorous, and efficient. He adopts an encouraging teaching style and demonstrates a high level of professionalism. His explanations are clear and easy to understand, which makes it possible to grasp key concepts quickly. As a foreign learner, I consider it fortunate to have such an instructor.

I’m very happy that I worked with Murat during my driver’s license training. He is extremely helpful and a great instructor. We practiced all possible routes, and he patiently focused on correcting my mistakes. He never made me feel stressed during our lessons — he’s always cheerful, kind, and easy to talk to. It was such a great experience with Murat. I took 2 lessons from him for practical tests, he was very patient and always asking what and when to focus on which things. Before the test he also did a warmup round with me to get warmed up for the test. It really helped me to pass the practical driving test in just one go. The instructor was very calm and helped me digest a lot of information about the driving rules in Denmark in a short amount of time. His great humour and knowledge of the roads of Aarhus gave me a lot of confidence in driving through the city.

If you lost your license, it's only Drive Academy , I changed schools three times in a year, I didn't feel confident before the practical exam, no one prepared me for the practical exam like instructor Murat, a great instructor, knowledge of the regulations and the ability to pass on knowledge, patience, understanding and full professionalism. I passed the exam the first time at this school. I felt fully taken care of, every hour of driving Murat used to give me the necessary knowledge to approach the practical exam, I approached and passed. I sign with both hands.

Application process for driver license conversion was very efficient and fast. Lessons were very comprehensive and easy to follow. Murat is a great instructor with many years of experience. He explained not just the rules but also the logic behind it. It is a useful trick to remember them. He's pinpoints the mistakes patiently and ensures you'll not make them again. Murat is a great teacher. He was very calm, never rude and very patient person. I never felt demotivated or confused while driving with him. He tries his best to boost his student’s morale and confidence. I am just really annoyed that he didn’t tell me that I will need a picture for the driving license😂😂😂

I obtained my Danish driver's license on the first attempt with Drive Academy. The best and most crucial aspect for me was having automatic vehicles, and of course, Murat being very helpful. The process is quite stressful, and in this regard, they are always a great team with their cheerful and helpful attitudes.

After a bad experience with an earlier instructor, I quickly realized that I needed an instructor who was empathetic, understanding and most importantly explains the basics properly, and does not shout, is rude, or makes condescending remarks, all of which I felt with earlier instructor.

Having a driving experience of 20+ yrs in multiple countries, and as an expat, you expect that it's easier to get a license. As I said, first instructor was a bad experience, and he charged a lot for lessons where he mostly used to look at his phone. I now feel it was only about making money.

With Khan (also known as Murat), the experience changed completely. I told him that I didn't expect to fail, and he immediately understood. He explained basic rules, to clear confusions, got me to actually do some "practice", took me on routes which were probable, and also explained the ways to improve my test performance.

Moreover, on the day of test, I forgot my phone in the taxi at 7am and the test was at 8am -imagine the additional pressure on me! Khan was so accommodative, helping me to contact my family, make me at ease, and then we did a warm up lesson which went great. After that, I did the test, and I passed comfortably!

So, in essence, driving school matters, and especially your instructor matters. With Khan, I got someone who was always in touch me, and helped build confidence in me..I would recommend him any day.
