Called to get information on IV Infusion packages and was greeted with a really rude guy, no customer service skills at all, what a disappointment I will not be using this company ever! It was almost like providing information was too much trouble. Highly recommended SOUL IV they are much more professional and accomodating.

Super dodgy company! They sent a student nurse to cannulate me for an IV vitamin drip and she missed three times. Didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing and the vitamins she used were not only discoloured and cloudy but they had passed their expiry date (I only realised once the drip was going through). I contacted the manager (Kristie Baird) who was extremely rude and basically told me if I had an issue I could go to the police. Completely dangerous, unprofessional. Dodgy af
SCAM ALERT DRIP IV - Stay away from this business. I came to DripIV for a recommended series of IV treatments, and Kristie Baird, the owner from DripIV demanded I pay all the treatments upfront of OVER $4,000++ which i did and never received one single treatment OR refund. No matter what i did, she disappeared and never delivered anything i paid for or she promised. Don't fall for her false advertising or fake claims and certainly don't trust her or DRIP IV.
