I never got my shoes when they was supposed to come really think I got scammed

The final product is really awesome.
Definitely a hand-made item, with great attention to details and personalization (great box, will keep it as a collector !).
Given the time needed to actually manufacture the product from the time you order it (approx. 3 weeks), it would be great to have a notification or two in between, to just let the customer know that his order is being manufactured and/or that the announced delivery date shoud be respected.

Iv been asked to review before iv even received my order despite sending numerous chats.. Website claims 1-3 weeks delivery it's been almost 5 and i still don't have my sons trainers that were meant to be a birthday present. I keep getting sent blank tracking info which takes me to an Italian site that's not in English which was also not stated on your website, and it says no tracking info. Not sure I will order again

My daughter loves her shoes. They look like the picture and so far worth the wait to see how excited my daughter was when they came.
