Excess of vitamin E
I love the fact that I am taking all my daily vitamins and mineral supplies and the good bacteria to improve my gut health. Beside that it makes me consume liquids in the morning, which was not the case before I started with AG1.
I dont like the fact that I cannot see AG1 explaining what happens with the excess of vitamin A and E which are fat soluble vitamins and they are abundant in the AG formula. Which means that they are stored in the body fat and in lever as far as I can understand. So why is AG1 thinking that is not a problem? I would like AG1 to make a propper statement on that.

I get my deliveries on time and do not have to ask for it. I can not say, if it makes a difference in my health to take the supplements, but it adds to a nice routine in the morning and a piece of mind, that I am getting a handful of good nutrients to start my day.

I lost a lot of bloating when I first started using it and it never came back, blood work is great and I don’t have any deficiencies, no other supplements needed any especially easy to digest: big fan!!

Subscriber for 3+ years
I've been using AG1 since 2023 almost every single day, and I have seen improvements in my gut health, skin, muscle gains, recovery and endurance, and just generally feeling better. It's a premium product so it's mainly for top-performers and physically active people i would say. I generally eat healthy and dont use alcohol etc regardless, but i feel quite significantly empowered by this when i take it. Delivery is also prompt and the website for ordering is also very very good. My day is not complete unless it starts with a scoop of AG1 !

Love the energy boost from the product. The phone version of the website could be better. And I’d like to be able to order travel packs without having a subscription for those. It seems to be impossible right now.
