Placed an order and paid. No email to say order is on its way. Emailed to enquire. No reply. Sent a message on Facebook to enquire. Message opened hours ago but no reply. Post I made on their facebook page has been removed. Will be doing a chargeback with my bank this evening.

I received the free gifts but not the actual tea. As there is only an email to contact I could be waiting a while before anyone gets back to me. If only there was a better way to contact you.
Update: mission have contacted me and apologised and are sending out the missing tea along with some sleep tea and a discount code for the error. Can't ask for a better response to their error.

Great to get a reminder just before the regular order is despatched so it can altered if necessary. Always arrives on time. Good to see less packaging is being used. Teas taste great as well.

I’ve tried them all!
I bought Perform, Recover, Calm and Sleep teas.
I love them all and use them when I feel I need them. I have used perform tea in my bottle whilst training for my next marathon and then recover the few days after long runs and both have worked well. The calm and sleep teas help me to chill out when I need to rest. I will be purchasing more when I run out.
My favourite tasting tea is recover.

Missions products are fantastic, but damaged cans.
Missions products are fantastic. I use their products daily as a competitive dancer, during competitions, training and teaching.
The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because the cans are quite a bit beaten up. The boxes they were delivered in were fine, but some of the cans look like they’ve been dropped individually, and one looks like it’s been trodden on.
First time this has happened to me, so hopefully it’s a one off.
