I have ordered an product and the product is not good in quality and also very poor, I need to return that product and I need my money back please refund my money and take back the product

I recently placed an order with your store on 02-June-25, and I received the wrong item instead of the one I originally purchased.

My order details are as follows:
- Order Number: DDS185750
- Item Ordered: Mens Stylish Casual Jenja Sandal
- Item Received: UseLess/ Unknow Sandal Received

And also looks delivery partner(EKart) are involved in this, because they are not showing the item at time of delivery & informed on the spot to take
back this defect/wrong item but delivery person refuse to take back.

Ordered Shoes Feel like plastic material. Does not look like leather or suede as assured.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from Drift Direct, but they sent me a completely different product. What I received was not even close to what I ordered – wrong color, wrong design, and very cheap quality.

This feels like a scam. I tried contacting them, but there is no proper response or support. It’s extremely disappointing to be treated like this after paying full money.

The product they sent looks fake and is nothing like the images shown on their website. I feel cheated.

Please be careful and avoid ordering from Drift Direct. This kind of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. They are not trustworthy.

100% Fake company. They must have made a huge amount by cheating people. As long as there is a greed in us (getting good quality product by paying less amount), we get cheated. Repeatedly. The Google should ban such fake companies.

Worst experience. The item that I received is totally different. Not able to return the item. It is a SCAM. Please do not buy any products from this site.

Fake website with no contacts, no order return facility. Only you get different products than you choice.

This is an absolutely fake/ Scam website. Please don't buy any product from this website. After placing order from this site, you not get you have ordered for (you will get fake stuff). Means suppose you ordered for shoes then you will some cheap quality sandal. And you will have to make the payment to the courier person. Which you will not get in refund because there is no any contact details of buyer in there website. So, you cannot return it nor get refund your money. So, please stay away from this website.

Today I have received product from drift direct shop. But the product is totally different. No contact support to refund. Please help

I placed an order for Jenja sandals on 27th Apr 2025. Today, I received a cheap roadside footwear costing Rs.100 or less.

I am trying to cancellation & refund and I am not finding a refund link or contact number or email id on the website. Moreover, the refund policy mentions 2 day return policy.

I finally found an email id on order acknowledgement sent to me at the time of placing the order.
I have sent an email requesting cancellation and refund.

I read the other reviews on Trustpilot and I see the same pattern with lots of clients.
