Will auto subscribe and make it as difficult as possible to cancel. Also your next shipment is a lot more expensive than the advertised price.
The scent also goes away within a few days. Similar to scents that are a fraction of the cost.

Terrible experience with Drift. I placed what I thought was a one-time order, then received another shipment and discovered I had apparently been signed up for recurring deliveries. On top of that, I don't even like the product—the scent fades very quickly, and for the high price they charge, it's simply not worth it. One of the worst purchasing decisions I've made for this type of product. I would not order from Drift again.

I made a one-time purchase from Drift and was very surprised to see another charge from them about a month later. I never knowingly signed up for a monthly subscription, and I don’t even have an account with them.

I find the way this was handled very frustrating and misleading. Customers should be clearly informed if a purchase is going to enroll them in recurring charges, and there should be no ambiguity about whether they are making a one-time purchase or starting a subscription.

I am now having to spend my own time contacting the company and dealing with an unexpected charge for something I did not intend to purchase.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone ordering from Drift carefully check the checkout page, confirmation emails, and credit card statements for recurring charges.

Product had strong set of soap and laundry detergent. Not like described on website. Reach out to discussed an alternative sent and/or refund with no response. Additionally noted shipping delays with no updates when request requested. No plans to re-purchase.

I signed up for a monthly subscription. The first order came quickly and there were no issues. When it came time for my second order it never arrived. When I contacted Drift co costumer service to ask where it was they said that the shipping address was incorrect (even though they had no issues the first shipment). When I asked for a refund they just repeatedly confirmed that they would send a replacement order without confirming the address and refused to give me the refund for the order I’m never going to get.

The product never came and then customers service was lack luster . All they could say was it was shipped . I ordered on July 31 and as of August 30 it’s still has not arrived . As far as I’m concerned it was a Scam .

Car air fresheners look great. Unfortunately the scent doesn’t last very long, so disappointed given the price ! Chose one time order but ended up with a subscription !

They make it REALLY hard to cancel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Company or product.

I’ve purchased several fragrances from ThePerfumeSpot.com, and everything I ordered arrived correctly and as expected.

On the few occasions when I had an issue, their customer service was always helpful and the problem was resolved properly. That makes a big difference and gives me confidence to continue shopping with them.

So far, I’ve had a very positive experience with ThePerfumeSpot.com and would definitely recommend them.

Do not buy for this company ! They automatically sign you up for a subscription and you can’t get out of it. They dont have a person or customer service team to talk to only ai, not a real location or phone number. I’ve been charged for 3 months I never wanted. This company has terrible business ethics and shouldn’t be allowed to operate. I’ve “canceled” twice now and am still being charged. It’s criminal !! I’ve reported it to card company and it still got charged again..

Drift suspended my subscription because they disallow you from cancelling the order when the next ship date approaches and you have insufficient funds, but they also don't allow you to cancel the subscription itself. So when I had funds in my account, the account was automatically reactivated and they charged me. Their policy states no refunds, so either they fix the issue or I'll simply dispute the charge.

Don't order. I tried to cancel the subscription and every page worked apart from my account page to cancel the subscription

Drift is garbage. Doesn’t last long at all. I rather better off with little trees brand. Do Not waste your money.

This product is not for people with asthma and allergic rhinitis. Right after opening the foil package, my nasal passages became completely blocked. I wanted this to work so bad but had to cancel my subscription.

The scent open air is like a strong perfume. It's HORRIBLE.

Original product was delivered. I didn't enjoy the scents, but was worth a small amount of money to try out. Then the next month came and they emailed me that my next shipment was mailed out. I never, knowingly, agreed to a subscription. I've tried to cancel it and have tried to get a response from customer service. They are awful people who dupe and steal from their customers. Unfortunately, it's their business model - get people locked into a subscription and make it near impossible to get out. They are owned by Scentbird - they operate in the same fashion.

WARNING — leaked oil damaged my Tundra's center console. I used the Drift air freshener on the provided visor clip as intended. The scent block leaked oil/fragrance onto my 2023 Toyota Tundra's center console, damaging a button and leaving permanent residue I have been unable to remove. I contacted Drift customer service and was told: “We currently do not provide reimbursement for damages outside the visor damage of the car.” I'm posting this so other vehicle owners are aware that an air freshener can potentially cause damage to interior surfaces. Photos attached.

As a one off, I bought an air freshener from Drift, I didn’t SUBSCRIBE or AGREE to any contract claiming that I needed to pay every month, yet I’ve just discovered DRIFT.CO have been charging me monthly, and sending me air fresheners that I don’t want.

The most frustrating part is that it says “Login to your account to cancel the subscription”, so I log in, only to see *No active subscriptions*, meaning there is no way I can cancel the £9.95 they are taking out of my pocket each month.

The fact that the website recognises I am not linked to a subscription just proves I am being billed for nothing, I haven’t ordered any of these, they just arrive at my door. At first, I thought it was a complimentary air freshener, then another arrived, and it seemed a little suspicious. I do not recommend👎
