TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had bought a key that was listed as redeemable with the listed region as Global, as in redeemable AROUND THE WORLD. I tried to claim it in North America, and my key was listed as invalid, and Steam told me my purchase was cancelled. I had taken a ticket with customer support, only for them to tell me my key was ineligible for redemption in that region, with no refund or replacement key, just a closed ticket.
