Working with Kiera as my clinician provides support, understanding and ensures medically i am given the supervision i need to succeed.

I have had an excellent experience with Ian Garnett at Dr Frank's. He explains everything clearly and answers all my questions and takes the time to listen. I didn't think it was possible to get this treatment with Type 1 so when I found Dr Frank's I was so happy and I have lost weight but also my sugar levels have improved so much. I get very well looked after and have an online video call with Ian every month. My orders have arrived on time every time. They have been making some changes with the pharmacy they use which is why I think some people had an issue` but from my experience they are only trying to improve and help more people so I would only recommend going with them!

Paid for a 3 month subscription. Took my money, didn’t send a thing. Ignored all my emails. It was only until I raised a dispute with my bank they replied. Awful company. Do not use them. They asked me to drop the dispute with my bank ??? Awful people. Thankfully my bank returned my money. No thanks to this company.

I was a very unhappy overweight perimenopausal woman who had tried everything to loose weight! Being a type one diabetic made it more difficult. I did a lot of research when the whole glp-1 trend started and found that Dr Franks was one of the few who supplied it to diabetics (type 1). It is a little more expensive than other suppliers but the support they offer is top rate. I have a diabetic nurse (Keira) who is amazing and knows her stuff. I have lost 85lbs since Oct 24 and am now on a maintenance dose. I have reduced my insulin by half and my blood sugar is in target 90%-99% percent of the time. My diabetic doctor is amazing and I feel fantastic and so much better in myself and have a new understanding of food and what I need! If you are a type 1 diabetic or anyone who is looking for a team that offer full support to help you on your weight loss journey I would definitely recommend Dr Frank’s with a big shoutout to Keira

After being with Dr Franks for a diabetic Monjaro consultation for many months I can honestly say the service has greatly improved
The consultation went really well and you now pay the pharmacy direct to ensure a prompt delivery

I'm type 1 diabetic and have been working with my clinician Ian Garnett since the start of this yeah. He has been amazing, we have monthly check in meetings which are a great support and opportunity to ask questions. I haven't experienced any significant issues with receiving my medication and have never run out. I would highly recommend Dr Franks and especially Ian!!!

I started using Dr Franks since January. I am so pleased with the service as a whole. Any queries I have had have all been replied to within 48 hours and my deliveries have always arrived on time. I have regular calls with my Diabetes Specialist Nurse Ian which I find so valuable and helpful, I can ask any questions and I am never made to feel stupid.

I have used Dr Franks weight loss clinic for over a year now and have appriciated Ian Garnetts incredible advice on our one to one sessions, with genuine care for my diabeties and my well being. Ian's knowledge on my Mounjaro journey has truly helped with my success. My order arrives on time and very well packed. I have lost weight and now remain on the lowest dose as it has absolutely changed my diabeties control for the best. I have remained at the same weight for over 6 months now. Forever greatful.

The people who work they are not helping you at all I asked to stay in same dose but they increased without confirming with me. Wry disappointment and disrespect

Awful customer service. Took my money do it send product and never replied to 20 plus emails. do not order!!!

It's been 3 months since I can't log into my account to cancel my subscription, I've already sent several emails to them and they don't answer, now they're trying to charge me a mounjaro and I'm not even taking it for 2 months already because I had a health problem and had to stop until my exams are redone, I don't know but what to do for them to cancel these payments

They are not honest and took my money and never sent it back. They do not even send my order. I asked, please, I need my money back, and it has been more than a month. I'm begging for my own money to refund them. Always send me emails by the excuse that's not nice☹️☹️☹️

I’m an affiliate for dr franks and they owe me hundreds from affiliate orders dating back to last year. I have emailed several times and contacted them via social media. My messages have been read but no reply whatsoever and no sign of my commission. I won’t be recommending Dr Franks whatsoever going forward. Absolutely shambolic

Appalling service, I have also fell into the trap with this company taking £244.00 per month and no pens arrived.
11 emails later the contact number doesn’t work .

I have been using Dr Franks since September last year and although the delivery and communications have not been perfect I was at least getting my pen every month. This month I received an email saying my order had been cancelled due to 'staff error' and that I had not been refunded! Trying to get a response from email is not working so far. I tried the phone number I found from Trust Pilot but it just tells you all customer queries are being dealt with via email. Reading the other reviews here I'm starting to realise what a con this company is. My very strong advice to anyone thinking of using them is do not!

I paid for a 3 month prescription, I received the first and second pens but not the third, I have emailed and tried to phone on numerous occasions to no avail and still did not receive my third dose, very disappointed with the company and will not be using again or referring to others

How do you get hold of them 7 weeks still no reply, can not speak to anyone.
Prescription prescribed but never dispatch. Should be reported as no care for patients.

I have used this product for 3 months. It does not work for me. I have tried to cancel and this as not been listened to and more money has been taken without my consent

Take your money and don't deliver.
Took £245 from my account for subscription on the 29th of April and still in am yet to receive product. Countless emails to various email addresses with no response received.

THEY ARE A SCAM. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I COMPLETED THE APPLICATION FORM, THEY TOOK MY MONEY, THEY CONSTANTLY REQUESTED FURTHER EVIDENCE, WHICH I CONSTANTLY PROVIDED, THEN THEY DECLINED MY APPLICATION, STATED THEY WOULD REFUND BUT DIDNT. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE AND THEY IGNORE EMAILS. I NOW HAVE TO GO VIA MY BANK TO INITIATE A RECHARGE BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD BUT THIS WILL TAKE MONTHS. THANKFULLY I HAVE EMAIL EVIDENCE STATING THAT THEY WILL REFUND AND ALSO MY EMAILS TO THEM WHEN THEY DIDNT PAY WITHIN THE TIMESCALE. THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF.
