Doesn’t work tried FRP Bypass and doesn’t work at all, when you want your money back your being dragged through multiple circles “we need this” “we need that” not actually telling what the f they actually want your lucky to get a reply a day and this is getting to the 5th day dealing with their “customer care” AND STILL DONT KNOW WHAT THEY WANT, they keep saying “refund policy 7 days this 7 days that I contacted them the second day for my refund
Update: absolute jokes to deal with over 20 emails sent to them and sent logs and files and they want to kept jumping through hoops DONT BOTHER WITH THESE

Use a good cable
Worked well. It took a few times and I think it was because I had a bad cable. I was using a6ft long cable, so once I went back to a 4ft lightning cable, the process completed and Dr. Fone worked like a charm when I-Tunes couldn't. Ipad is updated.

Some caveats in user sevtion/profile but WORKS AMAZING for WhatsApp transfer
The overall program interface is slow. When i bought the Dr. Phone for whatsapp, it seems that i purchased a windows version. If you use a Mac, you cant redeem it, and have to buy another one for that OS.
Having said that, it worked amazing. Took a loot of time to process but eventually i could pass 21GB from an old iPhone 13 to a brand new Vivo x300 Pro.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
I feel misled by Wondershare's free trial advertising. I intended to start a free trial only, but ended up being charged for a paid subscription.
I noticed the charge immediately and requested a refund on the same day. I did not use the software or any paid features. After realizing what had happened, I removed the software from my computer.
My refund request was rejected despite the fact that the purchase had just been made and the product had not been used.
The refund process is difficult, support is hard to contact directly, and refund requests require additional uploads and procedures. This experience has left me very disappointed.
In my opinion, customers should be able to receive a refund when a purchase was made by mistake, the software was not used, and the refund was requested immediately.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
