2 iphone 12 upgrades from failure to success
2 iphone 12 updates that would not update properly with Apple Devices and they locked the phone up so bad none of the solutions Apple offered worked. Seemingly tried every form of restore on the Apple support site. Both times the Dr Fone restore upgraded with full data saved.
Hardest part of the whole process was getting the phone to power on and off when stuck on the apple screen so the Dr Fone restore process could properly start.

iTunes essentially bricked my iPhone15 Plus and Dr Fone was recommended as a fix to pull it out of recovery mode. It worked perfectly, I'm so relieved as all iTunes would have done was wipe my phone entirely. Brilliant product!

If I could give Wondershare and Dr.Fone zero stars, I would.
I purchased Dr.Fone because my iPhone became unusable and I was hoping the software could repair it. Not only did the software fail to fix my phone, but the refund process has been far more frustrating than the software itself.
The program produced errors and was unable to complete the repair. I immediately contacted support and requested a refund. Since then, I’ve been sent in circles. One representative instructed me to send screenshots of the log files, which I did. Then another representative told me screenshots weren’t sufficient and requested something different. Every time I comply with a request, a new one appears.
I have provided screenshots, error codes, and proof that the software failed. I even took the phone to Apple, where I was informed that the device could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. Despite all of this, Wondershare continues to drag out the process with additional requests and internal reviews instead of simply honoring a refund request for a product that did not work.
At this point, I have spent more time dealing with customer support than I did using the software. It feels less like customer service and more like a strategy to exhaust customers into giving up on their refund requests.
Save your money and read the refund policy carefully before purchasing. My experience has been disappointing from start to finish.

False advertisement
Waste of money. False advertisement. I was desperate and downloaded and paid for the unlocking feature. Probably like anyone else. It doesn't help unlock any phone. I used it on my Samsung S25 Ultra, it couldn't detect my phone. I used it on my previous phone Samsung S9 Plus, it detected the phone but when I went through the steps of unlocking it, my model wasn't shown. The highest it goes up to is a Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, Galaxy Note 4 Edge or 8.0. And with tablets Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1. I tried selecting the highest phone model, but after going through the whole process it failed.
Absolutely useless and a waste of money. I hope to get a refund, but I doubt it.

It Finally Worked!!
Because it worked. The instructions weren't quite right when it came to unlocking the screen, but I made it through with a bit of common sense. I didn't like the fact that it said I had successfully unlocked 3 phones when I hadn't unlocked any. I was doing it last night and started again today to try to figure out what I was doing wrong (again, it was the instructions).

First time iOS upgrade on a brand new iPhone fail
First time iOS upgrade on a brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max failed & just would not budge through to complete the upgrade, I had no backup so was looking like losing everything! Ran the iOS Upgrade tool & all fixed perfectly in less than 20 minutes!
