I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. The product I received was of very poor quality and did not resemble the images advertised. It felt like a scam, especially given the high price I paid.

After numerous email exchanges—ten in total—I still have not received a satisfactory response regarding a refund. They instructed me to return the item to Asia, but when I asked for the specific return address, I received no further communication. Instead, they offered me a 25% discount code, which is unacceptable.

This company is not trustworthy. I strongly advise against making any purchases from them.
