I ordered two dresses in the beginning of May and I am yet to receive my shipment! I received a tracking number but when I “track” the package it gives me an error stating it’s unable to track. Anyone encounter this same problem?

Ordered a dress in the beginning of May and I have yet to receive it. So I’m starting to believe that this website is a scam. I’ve tried contacting the store through email and have yet to receive any reply as to where the dress is and if my order was even processed.

Ordered a dress for prom but unfortunately it was too small and there was no bigger size in my desired dress, I was then offered and then sent the dress in another colour as an exchange, then there was one dress available in the bigger size and it was kindly set aside for me, until I had posted my other ones back! Will definitely be recommending this website to my friends and family in the future, thank you! x

My dress came really quick literally took 2 days to come and their dress I ordered is so amazing came exactly how It looked on the photo and the fitting is perfect! Such beautiful dressers at affordable prices x

Lovely quality and arrived so quickly unfortunately it was too small so have sent back but as soon as refund goes into account will be ordering the bigger size so hopefully refund will be as quick👍

Really great customer service - you get the benefits of online shopping with the support of shopping in-store. When an item I ordered wasn't in stock I got both an email and a phone call from the team explaining and I felt like they really valued my custom. The returns process was really user friendly too. They have a return customer in me!

I could not reccommend this company enough. They have been absolutely perfect from the 1st email, right through to our wedding. we bought 6 dresses from them in 2 different styles. We searched for dresses within our colour theme and they went out of their way to help and source dresses for us. I ordered the dresses nearly a year before our wedding. 1 month before the wedding, we noticed that 1 dress was marked as 1 size on the clothing tag but a different size on the cardboard tag. They were so helpful in resolving the situation and i look forward to seeing my girls in their beautiful dresses on our wedding day. I would reccommend these. DEFINITELY!!!!

I ordered dress/paid and received an email after few days, that I been refunded. Monwy will be with me in 3-5days. I didn't cancelled my order and I didn't received money back.

Amazing service. I needed dresses sent to me next day for an event after being let done by another company. The lady i spoke to sorted this out for me. Just waiting for my refund to be processed for the dresses I returned. Beautiful dresses I would highly recommend.
