I had my original order lost in transit and everyone apart of the customer service team was so helpful and kind during this process. They were able to resend and get it to me with 2 day shipping to make sure I had it in time for my vacation. I was so pleased with how my situation was handled and definitely will recommend everyone to buy from Lala. :)

Fantastic quality
Fantastic quality! The World is Yours Kimono- I usually wear a L/XL- ordered the same with this and it fits perfect, not too big and the quality is beyond belief! Heavy fabric, lined, great design and the sleeve cuffs are like those on an athletic letter jacket- I ordered on a Friday and received the following Tuesday.

Excellent customer service and quality clothing
I purchased a sweater for my teenage son for Christmas in November. I gave it to him for Christmas and apparently it wasn't his style but he didn't want to hurt my feelings so he did not tell me. Our lives are busy with one of my other kids having a newborn and going through chemo and 2 1/2 months passed before I got around to asking him about the sweater. When he finally told me it wasn't his style, we were 50 days past the return window of 30 days. I sent an email to customer service requesting that I be able to return the item and I got a response immediately that said they were happy to accept the return and they generated a link for me to return it easily. Very impressed with their customer service and their flexibility not to mention the sweater and other that I received were of great quality and just as described! I highly recommend this business and I love their stylish clothing! A++

After discovering dressed in Lala a year and a half ago, I have placed quite a few orders. The clothes are gorgeous, cute, well made and FUN! I always get multiple compliments whenever wearing a piece. My last orders got lost in the mail, things happen. I reached out and immediately received a response asking if I’d like them to send me another one or if I wanted credit. They made the whole thing so easy it just made me love that much more. Refund Hell
I was told 12 days ago that a refund for my order was processed to my original payment method and it would be credited in 3-5 business days. I have not received my refund and have tried contacting customer service via any channel possible (email/social media) and have not received any response regarding this issue.

Lala is a fashion girly cheat sheet.
I have been buying from dressed in lala for over five years and will continue to buy from them as long as I can! All of their items are unique, flattering, and give that effortless cool girl vibe for a wannabe fashion girly like me. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the customer service and the owner. I also deeply appreciate how size inclusive they are. It’s so nice to have a go to safe space for trendy clothing and not have to cross my fingers they have a size for me. All of my most complimented outfits are styled straight from their instagram stories and I’m planning on dancing to that tune and praying the lala music never stops.

2/3 items were great...
I liked some of the shirts so I ordered. Only to later find out this site has... less than stellar reviews. I ordered 3 shirts, and well 2/3 shirts were in excellent quality, the third however clearly used low quality print, it can be seen from up close. Otherwise I had no problems whatsoever with the products, and the customer service was fast to respond and polite. I think the prints might be stolen artwork though. Or at least that's what many seem to say online. I had no clue before now.

Do not buy from this company. They sold me two awful, ugly, terrible quality items that they didn’t disclose were final sale. I didn’t find out until it was stamped on the invoice they packed into the box. The customer service was terrible and snarky.

I purchased two items from the brand. The boxer shorts and a leopard print maxi skirt, I can definitely see that there are chinese made, Shein products with their Lala label attached to the items. Wow, the material is SUPER CHEAP and not worth the price at all. Also, the shipping is really slow, as well. It will be my last order from this comany!
