Their pricing is fair but the fit can be extremely off (way too tight or far too loose). If you're trying in store it's not so bad but their customer service isn't great so I won't be shopping there again. Their return policy is very tight and they charge extra so you can return for free but it needs to be initiated right away through a specific link and they won't honor a missed date. I've bought in person and online before but never had anything from them that I wore a lot or lasted more than 2 wears so there's no reason for me to Shop here. It's basically overpriced for what you get and the customer service sucks

The manager of the store was extremely rude about a return and was nasty about it. I was surprised because the staff at dress blank have always been kind and helpful, even if they couldn’t help me they were always nice about it. I guess this manager is just not a nice person…This was at the cederbridge location in Lakewood.

Cheap quality clothing. My items arrived with the stitching coming undone on the sides of the dress. Returns are not easy and customer service was bad. Sigh.
