Another great appointment! Got all my questions answered and then some! The appointment went as long as it needed to and I had adequate time in case I had more questions. Very happy so far with this experience.

Working with the Dreem Health Clinic team was great! Very easy to book a virtual appointment and the process to do the home sleep study was straightforward and done in a very timely manner. My nurse practitioner Brandi Campbell went over the results within a week of performing the sleep study and set me up to receive my PAP machine. She also followed up and answered all my questions. Great experience!

Had an appointment scheduled for 7:30am on December 26, 2025. Without any explaination, at 9:45pm the night before, the company suddenly cancelled my early morning appointment the next day. If I had done this, according to their terms, I would have still been liable to pay them but, especially without any explaination, this leads me to not trust this company or want to set up another appointment as they seem flaky and unreliable now.

Very professional! I had a great explanation with Dreem Health. The sleep test arrived quickly and was easy to do. Teresa was able to clearly explain my results. She is very personable and kind.

I started the process on a Monday and had the results and a treatment plan by Friday. Service this is almost impossible to find. I would recommend Dreem health sleep clinic to everyone.

She has explained everything to me that I need to know and she was definitely on top of making sure that I was taken good care of, as far as getting my referrals in. Well after talking to Mary I felt very uncomfortable. The questions I was ask to help me get to the issues I am having sleeping. Mary was very professional and great attitude,very pleasant and knowledgeable. I feel great already just talking to her about my issues. I am so glade I have found dreem for help.

They go through a menu that acts like they are taking your insurance provider and seeing if you are in network, then schedule an appointment as if it will be covered with insurance - right after the visit I got a demand to self pay the full cost of the appointment. They did not respond after multiple attempts and finally when they did they simply stated they are not in network.

I wouldn’t use this again. I also was asked to do a test and thankfully I didn’t complete it because they asked me to do multiple days and each day would have been charged at $199

My practitioner was amazing, explained everything very well.
