Having the exact same issue as everyone else! Said the withdrawal was processing, then noticed it was no longer in pending withdrawals and also had not been returned to my account. Went on live chat and was told I'd recieve an email from the accounts team sometime around 1am (very specific and unusual!) I did receive this email asking for bank statements as apparently there was an issue with th3m sending the money into my account (never had this problem with more reputable sites!) I'm now waiting for a response to my bank statements and can tell from these reviews there will likely be another hoop to jump through! I will be taking it further if it is not sorted out today so will update you all

UPDATE***
So the initial withdrawal was started on the 25th of September, today is the 29th and I've received an email saying the withdrawal has been put through again. This will be pending for 2 days and then take a further 3-5 days to go into to my account. That is unless they decide to tell me my bank has declined an incoming payment again 😂 in which case it will have been potentially close to 2 weeks when I get my withdrawal. Will update again!

Dream Vegas is nothing more than a shady scam operation dressed up as a casino. I’m writing this so no one else falls into the same trap I did. Please, for your own sanity, avoid this site like the plague.

Here’s what happened: I deposited my money, played fairly (no bonuses, no loopholes, nothing dodgy), and when I won, I tried to withdraw. That’s when the nightmare started. Dream Vegas suddenly decided to confiscate everything – my winnings AND my deposits – under some ridiculous “bad faith” excuse. It was total rubbish and had nothing to do with how I played. In reality, it was just a cheap excuse to rob me blind.

Their customer “support”? Absolutely useless. Rude, dismissive, and clearly trained to stonewall players until they give up. Every reply was a copy-paste template, designed to delay and frustrate. They didn’t care about facts, evidence, or fairness. All they cared about was keeping hold of my money.

I refused to let them get away with it. I took my case to eCOGRA, the dispute resolution service. And you know what? After nearly two months of stress, wasted time, and endless emails, eCOGRA forced Dream Vegas to cough up my funds. Only when regulators got involved did they finally return my money. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Just silence – like they hadn’t just tried to scam me out of thousands.

Think about that: if I hadn’t escalated to eCOGRA, Dream Vegas would have happily kept everything. They would have literally stolen from me and moved on to the next victim. That’s not a casino – that’s daylight robbery.

Dream Vegas should be avoided at all costs. They are a disgrace to the industry. They prey on players, hide behind shady small print, and treat customers with contempt. They only pay when they’re forced to by outside regulators – and even then, they drag it out for months hoping you’ll quit.

If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, do NOT touch Dream Vegas. I wouldn’t trust them with a single penny. There are plenty of honest casinos out there – this one is a scam factory designed to take advantage of people.

Dream Vegas = Scam, Fraud, Thieves. Stay away.

I won 240 pounds and been waiting for 4 days sent them all my id now they locked my account and told me I never had any winnings. They rob from you avoid save your money from them

Crooks, disguised as online gaming platform operators!.. How they even managed to obtain a gaming license, is beyond me!.. They don't even pretend anymore, in hiding their coniving deception, and you would actually SEE the DIFFERENCE in motion, with which their reels start spinning, God forbid you win just a tiny bit of money.. I am confused 😕 about the bad reviews for this Site I have had multiple withdrawals and never had a problem the live chat 💬 gives a speedy response much better than any other gambling site I have played- I think the Game opinions are fantastic and am one extremely happy customer- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst gambling site I have ever visited. Worst customer service. Their 'promotions' are bogus, effectively asking for huge amounts of wagering to win small bonus amounts, and this is not clear when signing up. AVOID. Will contact directly for a refund, then Gambling Commission if I do not get my refund.

Update over a week later of trying with draw £5100 they closed my account tryed to tell me ther sending me £130 which was an absolute joke then tiday received an email sayin ther sending me £1466 which I have now received but Wher is the rest £3644 I’m so frustrated and confused just pay me my money grrrrrr ?update one month later nearly and nuffin just hoping ecogra sort it out

Do not use this online casino they will happily let you sign up with no checks or not even a confirmation or welcome email and let you deposit as much as you like but as soon as you want to withdraw then the problem starts, I was depositing money and the games was just not paying out or even getting a bonus soothing just felt off about it so I withdrew my £20 seen as that the minimum withdrawal and deposit amount and now they’ve withheld the £20 saying it couldn’t be processed so with with a different department ect my advise is stay away as it just feels off they’ll happily take deposit after deposit but will get you on withdrawals and that’s even if your lucky enough to get any money back as the bonuses seem non existent. I could understand if it was a large withdrawal of hundreds or thousands but it’s £20.

Registered deposited £300 altogether finally got lucky on my last £50 went up to 885. Withdrew the money.Been asked for statement from my bank twice which I gave them. Then saying payment got rejected by my bank, contacted the bank no payment got rejected. Funny thing is when I asked them for evidence (screenshots) that they’ve sent the money to my account, no reply, now there telling me to give another bank account under my name, payment in review for last 2 days.still waiting 7 days and counting 🕞

Created a withdrawal of €200 just yesterday the 28th, i wanted too find out if my withdrawal would still be processed if i closed my account so i spoke too Kelly from live support, she told me too provide my details and she would be able too answer the question bit instead closed my account without answering my question, got my account back opened today and live support have told me my withdrawal can take up too 72 hours too be reviewed and 2-7 days too send too my bank, by far worst online casino i played on, way too long withdrawal times and a 10 year old child would be more use as customer support.

I played for 5 hours and got 1 bonus! This was the worst return experience I've experienced on all the sites. It's a shame because the games are good.give a good gaming experience the players will come back! I'm afraid I won't be returning

One of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had. Didn’t read any reviews as the site itself looks and plays like a legit casino gambling app. It looks great but then the fun starts. So after playing a little bit silly and a few thousand down on the roulette I managed to end up making some money and recouping my losses plus a little profit. I then withdrew just under £5000 and everything seemed fine I got my withdrawal emails and they were pending as it was a Saturday I was happy to wait as it states 1-2 working days luckily I didn’t sign up with any bonuses so it was just my money to deposit and withdraw. Then on Sunday I received an email to provide proof of bank statements as id deposited from 2 different accounts I sent all this documentation and then on monday 18th I received an email from the compliance team asking for all sorts of crazy documentation - payslips P60s for that tax year and full bank statements with the deposits and my wages showing. I managed to provide all this in PDF form. Back and forth asking for the same documents my anxiety and stress were the through the roof after reading reviews. I then on Tuesday received an email saying my withdrawal was being processed later that day I received an email from the compliance team stating after investigation of my source of funds they believe I have a gambling problem and are banning me from all white gaming sites. So now I start to panic as to wether I get my money. I spoke with a very helpful customer service guy in live chat who had accounts and payments team on his line and he was trying to get my withdrawal sorted while I was in chat. Low and behold payment fails to my Apple Pay that was fine for deposits. Later Tuesday night they asked if they could try withdraw to my Mastercard and they asked for a bank transfer method with all sorts of crazy codes which luckily my bank app had on hand. Today Wednesday 20th I got an email saying they were processing a bank transfer and surprisingly I received all my money back.

I believe all this is used as a tactic to throw customers into despair you withdraw then they ask for crazy documentation which I have no idea what they’ll do with all my info they have information of mine that is really really intrusive and could be used for anything I’m not sure as I’ve never experienced this with any gambling site. I could write all day about how bad it’s been as an experience but I do believe they have a tactic in hand that prevents customers from getting there money. If you aren’t tech savvy or persistent then I doubt you’d get your money. All the unrealistic documentation and failed withdrawals is just outrageous I have no idea how as a company they are able to operate in the UK it’s like day light robbery. Luckily I got my money. But they banned me and I made money from them so I have no idea why they don’t just operate in a normal manner like William hill or 32 red or paddy power where withdrawals are instant. Why do the withdrawals fail why do they need so much classified documentation just to tell you you are self excluded it’s absolutely baffling to me.

Anyway PLEASE STAY AWAY from this site and others under white hat. It’s been awful experience.

So basically it’s ok when I make deposits of £100 150 etc etc you encourage that… but when I win you close my account no questions asked! They closed my account on Saturday after I withdraw 3k in all different withdrawals. Oh yeah and if you do win 9/10 you have to jump on live chat and remind them you have a withdrawal and what do ya know minutes of coming off live chat your moneys there!!! But you’ve been waiting 2/3 days! The whole site and sister site are a absolute sham! Customer service are reading a script and never ever resolve your issue! I’ve got screen shots of them answering something completely off subject. Down right bizarre! Dreamvegas and barz casino I have a following of 34k followers who watch my videos and when I say I let my viewers know they’ve seen the whole sham unfold! So guys if you want a pleasant online experience! AVOID THIS SITE AND SISTER SITE!

I’m giving dream vegas a review of 3 stars for now as I’ve been pending my money withdrawal since Friday and it is now Tuesday. If I receive my funds by tomorrow (Wednesday) I will change my review to 5 stars and if not I will come back to update as it feels extremely long

Deposited £20, as soon as the deposit went through they sent me an email telling me to provide photo id if i dont in 30 days my account will be closed, and i am not allowed to withdraw until this is provided. I dont have any photo ID. So they are just going to steal my money and close my account in 30days. Disgusting! Do not use this site!!

Deposited and withdrew no issues THE FIRST TIME! Try do it a second time 🤣🤣 they do not let you! It’s they want statements proving deposits etc! You give them the documents they get rejected 24/7! Also they lock your account for safer gambling all the time whenever they feel like it!

Here is another 1 star review! I deposited it over £400. I won £1800 and then requested to withdraw my funds. 2 days later and the funds are missing. Not in pending and not in accepted. Spoke with live chat and they advised that the withdrawal failed! Now asking for my bank details! Which they already have. Stay well away people!

EDIT! They have now blocked my account! They are 100% a scam. I have escalated to ecogra now to investigate them!
