This is a scam

We have ordered a lawn mower costing over £1880.00.
Emails to the sales team bounce back undelivered.
The telephone number to contact is non existent.
the tracking app does not work and the address for the courier parcel delivery in London is not correct.
I have now had to report this to the American Express Fraud team as the lawn mower has not been delivered.

I think it is a Artificial Intelligence scam and the company does not exist on companies house.

Please do not buy from this company or the yogi bum as they seem to be interlinked!

Placed an order with the yogi bum at the beginning of June for the delivery of washing machine. Their website states that delivery will take 3-5 working days which is fine. As soon as order was placed and paid for I’ve received an email from sales@dreamteamtools stating that the item will be delivered within 18-21 days. Following conversations with sales team, the delivery date was moved to 20th June.

Since morning I’ve been trying to contact both the yogi bum and dreamteamtools for an update as I’ve not heard anything from courier and there were no updates when tracking my order.

They’ve ignored my emails yet were quick to respond when I’ve requested order cancellation due to non delivery.

I’ve reported this to Klarna (thankfully I purchased it through them) and I hope that Klarna will ban them or something as they are scammers

Ordered a vented Hotpoint tumble dryer on 13th April 2025 after the company appeared on Google as a supplier, the payment of £170 was taken from my credit card, and invoice issued and an acknowledgement of order sent to my email address, however, despite emails both standard requesting delivery date and threatening legal action...NOTHING.
The phone number to sales is switched off, no response to text messages.
I can only draw the conclusion that either the company has gone in liquidation (no surprise due to the government changes in N.I.) or is a SCAM (surprising given the professionalism of the website and product range available)
Nevertheless **** DO NOT USE THIS SITE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ***

I think we have been scammed for £170.
Goods never arrived and no response to emails.
If per chance this situation changes I will report back. Until then…..BE CAUTIOUS.

Ordered a washing machine from dreamteamtools.com and it never arrived emailed them phoned them no reply. Phoned the delivery company and emailed them no reply reported it to my bank. This is a scam be careful

Scam company, left without washer for two weeks had to ask bank for refund. Don't trust these theifs.
