The worst service I’ve ever experienced. If I could give zero stars, I would. Got cursed at on the phone after giving them a call to see if they have any availability for an event. The reason I had to call was because after I sent an enquiry through email no one has gotten back to me for 3 weeks. Not even “I’ve received this” or “please be patient there is a high volume of emails”. Furthermore, the call also ended because the guy didn’t feel like talking to me anymore and hanged up on me midsentence. Highly recommend not ever doing any business with them!

We hired the Crystal Dome for a work team-building event and it was a massive hit!

The Dreamteambuilding team were absolutely fantastic in getting everything set up for us and then providing us with a super clear tutorial on how to run everything (this was an option we chose, otherwise they would have run it for us). It was really easy to use and took only 5-10mins to go through everything.

The Dome itself was probably the most popular item we had at our team-building event and the pictures we got of people, as the paper tickets are swirling around them, look incredible!

I would recommend this to anyone looking for something memorable at an event and as a bonus it is great value for money!

I wanted to express my gratitude to you and your team for the exceptional support provided during our event at Hyde Park. Despite concerns about the weather, the event was a tremendous success, and we had a marvellous time. The two umpires were outstanding, offering their support and even staying later than planned. In particular, the female umpire received glowing reviews for her ability to motivate participants and make the event significantly more enjoyable than last year. We truly appreciated the effort and are excited about planning next year's event.

First time using a third party for a sports day, very well organised and friendly team - we will be back next year!

Third year using HireAPitch to run our company rounder's tournament, and they've always put on a well-run event. Communication ahead of the advent is informative and prompt, and they are super flexible when it comes to delivering a bespoke event for our team – including making a few changes on the day! Energy levels on the day are always great and they keep pitches close so the team feels like one despite playing different games. Only thing to note is that each umpire had their own version of rules which made play a little inconsistent if you swapped pitch, but otherwise, really happy!

Great coaches who ran our corporate sports day, with over 100 people, perfectly! Very well organised and professional. Great enthusiasm and fun energy!

We had a great afternoon with Neil in Northampton last week. The Park Inn hotel venue was ideal.
A minute to win it challenge went down a storm with my 15 colleagues and we hope to do another team building event in the summer - we’ll definitely by booking with Neil and his team again! Thanks for a fun and energetic afternoon !
