Avoid Dreaminfluence – Overpriced, Misleading, and Unethical

As a business owner, I cannot in good conscience recommend Dreaminfluence. The pricing is exorbitant for a contract that locks you in for a minimum of six months. To make matters worse, unless you terminate the contract three months in advance, it auto-renews—an outdated and opportunistic clause designed to trap clients.

Our experience with Dreaminfluence has been defined by rigidity, underdelivery, and false promises. We signed up based on assurances from their salesperson that the platform would drive more organic engagement on our social media channels. In reality, when results were lacking and we expressed concern, their only suggestion was for us to manually reach out to more influencers—something we had expected their platform to facilitate. Frankly, that’s something we could have done on our own, without their expensive middleman solution.

When we confronted them about the lack of performance, insight, and support, they refused to acknowledge the issues. We requested a refund, citing that what was promised had not been delivered. They outright refused.

In my professional opinion, this company operates with unethical practices, and their service is nowhere near worth the cost. Save your money and your time. If your goal is to work with micro-influencers, do yourself a favor—stay far away from Dreaminfluence.

Bad quality - Expensive contracts

Not surprised there haven't been any good reviews in the last years.

We signed a 6-month contract with Dreamin Influencers after being told, "It takes time, we’ll help you succeed." Spoiler: that didn’t happen. At one point, even they admitted there wasn’t much more they could do, but still made us stick out the full contract. Honestly, that just feels like bad business.

The team was nice, no issue there, but the service itself is super limited. The influencers? Not great. We ran multiple campaigns, had over 100 people sign up, and didn’t come across a single one who delivered anything worthwhile. I get that they work with micro-influencers, but that doesn’t mean lazy, low-effort posts are okay.

0/10 — would not recommend.

Bad contracts that trap you in

Think about it before you sign a 6 or 12 month contract. For small companies, its extremely expensive for what it does, you will still need to spend almost the same around of work hours on planning and communication. I don't have anything bad to say about the platform in itself, other than I think it's pricey for what it does, but the thing is this type of Influencer marketing is not necessarily the correct marketing for your business, and in that case, they offer no trial period or anything. So it is a VERY expensive "test". On top of that, they put all the risk on the customer, 6 month contract, PLUS starting fee, and 3+ month notice for cancelation! I was not informed of the 3 month notice, and made the mistake to let them know 2 months before which made me have to pay them even more, even though they knew it was not working out for us - they didn't remind us to cancel.
In my humble opinion, it's an unethical way to do business.
When that is all said, I want to say that we experienced some great and helpful staff, but they unfortunately struggle with the same unattractive rules, which is ruining their relationships with the customers. The two stars are for them.

We respectfully request the removal of this review, as it contains incorrect information regarding our contractual agreement and services, which could mislead other potential customers.
Upon reviewing the case, the customer in question had accepted and signed a contract that clearly outlined all terms and conditions, including the notice period, the payment structure, and the length of the agreement. Specifically:
Contractual Agreement: The customer agreed to a period contract, which is a standard industry practice. These terms were transparent, clearly communicated, and accepted before entering the agreement.
Notice Period: The 3-month cancellation notice was also explicitly stated in the agreement, ensuring customers are aware of the termination procedure. We have systems in place that remind customers of this notice period as a courtesy, but the responsibility to adhere to the contract remains with the customer.
Payment Terms and Fees: The onboarding fee and monthly subscription were detailed in advance. There was no miscommunication regarding these charges, and they were part of the package that the customer willingly accepted.
No Trial Period: Our platform does not offer a trial period, which is clearly stated on our website and in the contract. This was communicated at the outset.
The customer did not contact us within the appropriate cancellation window, as stipulated in the signed agreement. Despite this, we made efforts to ensure customer satisfaction by providing support throughout the contract period. However, the customer chose not to continue with the services.
We believe that the content of this review does not accurately reflect the nature of our agreement or services and is misleading in suggesting that our business practices are unethical. We uphold the highest standards of transparency and professionalism in all our customer dealings.
For these reasons, we kindly request the review be removed from the platform, as it does not represent a fair or accurate depiction of the service we provided.

Really enjoying this platform

Really enjoying this platform! A brilliant way to connect influencers with brands that appeal to each other. Met with the team recently and everything seems to check out with the way they handle marketing regulations. Try them out!
