I’m very happy with the hanging chair I purchased. The quality is excellent, and it feels very strong and well made, so it is definitely worth the money.
The delivery was quick and handled with great care, with clear communication beforehand. Customer service was also excellent, and all my questions were answered immediately.
A special thank you to Ignas from V&V Delivery Service for his exceptional help. He contacted me before arriving and carefully brought the chair inside the house. His friendly and professional service was truly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Great all round
Great all round, got a dining table with benches and was skeptical as it was so affordable but it’s actually decent quality and looks great in my dining room. Delivery was superb, Ignas Vir was our driver and he texted us and kept us updated on his arrival time and was very friendly. I’ll be using again! :)

Awful Quality and Customer Service
Bed arrived with chipped and split wood, dangerous metal protruding from the frame, poorly aligned sections and a missing structural support block required to safely assemble it.
Rather than replacing the missing component, they repeatedly suggested I source or make the part myself because they didn't have it in stock. By their insistence, it should be an easy job and yet they are unbothered to carry it out.
Their maximum 'goodwill' is a £30 refund towards finding a piece of wood ourselves, from a local source...
There is a clear disconnect between apologising and actions, which is severely disappointing. Actions speak louder than words etc.
Buyer beware!

The delivery service I got from Dream…
The delivery service I got from Dream Homes was excellent. Lukas, the delivery driver, kept me fully informed all day including the exact time of delivery so I didn't have to stay in all day. Then brought my very heavy table up and put it inside my flat which he didn't have to but was a great help to me as a pensioner was a great lad.

Great bed (helped sort issues with delivery quickly)
Product is great. Service also great. Let down by the courier DX who only delivered one of the two boxes for our bed, but this was sorted quickly once I complained.

The delivery driver Ignas ? was fantastic, very courteous and polite, offered to carry boxes upstairs.
Unfortunately the Bunk beds werent as great, holes drilled at wrong angles, making it difficult to get bolt and round nut to alignment properly. Had to open up the holes to align.
