SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. do not order. They will take ur money and wont send the item or a refund. Daisy finally responded after 20 emails had been sent and said she would send my dress that week. Its been 3 weeks ago and still no dress. It is very important to know that this is the reason you can not leave reviews on the cite. DO NOT ORDER.

The biggest fraud of all times
I ordered a dress for my sister’s wedding that looked like a dream, only to find out it was a nightmare. It took them approximately a month to ship my dress which was fine because my sister’s wedding is not until November this year. However, I tossed USD$ 200 to the garbage. I wish I could post a picture so you would see it for yourself. The quality is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life, the sizing is extremely off, and I honestly wanted to cry. Plus you can't make a review on their website so there is no way the actual reviews they have are real. Finally, I tried getting in touch with them through email but I had no luck. If you read this, just like I should’ve done but didn't, don't waste your money on these fraudulent people.

Purchased the dress on 2/21/24 and website stated 20 days at the most and I even confirmed this time frame when emailing back and forth because we were having the dress customized. We did not receive the dress until 4/2/24 (40 days after I ordered). This is just a few days before our event and it would have been fine but even though we measured exactly like we were told to the dress is still 4 inches too long. Their response? Just get it hemmed, it’s easy! No it’s not easy to find someone to hem tulle just a few days before an event. This is my daughter’s senior prom. I will never order from this company again.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Dreamdressy that I feel compelled to share. My intention was to purchase two prom dresses, with the plan to return one that we didn’t choose. However, before we could decide, Dreamdressy unilaterally canceled our entire order, citing their desire to “save time and resources,” despite their website clearly stating a return policy.

This action not only left us without the dresses we were considering but also completely contradicted the information provided on their website regarding returns. When I reached out to express my concerns and seek a resolution, the response was far from satisfactory, lacking in professionalism and consideration for the customer.

The decision to cancel an order without the customer’s consent is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of respect for customer choice and transparency. I had approached the situation honestly, expecting a basic level of service and integrity, only to be met with a decision that seemed deceitful and dismissive.

I am sharing this experience to caution potential customers about the discrepancies between Dreamdressy’s promises and their actions. A company’s return policy is a fundamental aspect of its customer service, and failing to uphold it can significantly undermine trust. Future customers should be aware of this issue and consider it when making their purchasing decisions.

It’s disheartening to write such a review, but I believe it’s important to highlight when a company does not meet basic standards of customer service and honesty.

This has by far got to be one of the worst companies I have purchased anything from. 10/10 do not recommend. I paid for expedited shipping for a dress and it took over 2 weeks for it to arrive. Then go to try to send it back and they will not provide me a prepaid label. But, want me to pay $100 plus to ship the dress back to China. This place is an absolute joke. The dress was see through and not even how it looked in the picture on top of it all.

It was so pretty! The materials were of good quality, and the dress was well made. the chest part was slightly big, but it was not noticeable so I wouldn’t consider it an issue. It was also a little long, but because I wore heels it actually worked better that way. I received so many compliments about the dress!

I recommend her over and over again with the right size guide she will deliver the best sequins with top notch material and above all she is supper polite and welcoming。
