The mattress is fine & very comfortable,however we picked free lightweight quilt as part of Black Friday deal and never received it which is disappointing.

We bought our DreamCloud mattress based on recommendations from a few trusted sites, particularly Good Housekeeping. We were looking specifically for a mattress which would be kind to bad backs...and we have found it! We are so pleased with our purchase and have already recommended this mattress to friends and family. It was very easy to order online and also to arrange collection of our old mattress.

So far, so good.

I appear to be getting a better nights sleep now than I’ve had in the past few years.

This mattress has made a huge difference to my quality if sleep in just three weeks - no more lower back pain or neck cramps.

We ordered and paid for our mattress and received a text to confirm the delivery date we had chosen and I arranged with my workplace to take the time off to take delivery. All was going so well and we looked forward to receiving delivery.
On the day of the expected delivery we received a message confirming the delivery time but as the time had elapsed I looked at the tracker to see that “delivery was attempted but failed” I contacted the delivery company to be told the mattress was still in the warehouse and delivery would need to be rescheduled. The mattress was delivered two days later, however, I lost £125 for my loss of earnings for the unnecessary time taken off and I need to know who I approach for reimbursement?
The mattress itself is very comfortable and I would recommend to friends and family, but I am very unhappy with the delivery company that Dreamcloud use, hence the two star rating.

The reply from Dreamcloud is very disappointing and not what I was looking for. It is not right to brush aside the poor service and my loss of earnings with a half hearted apology.
I ordered a mattress from Dreamcloud and they are responsible for delivery and I was let down and out of pocket through no fault of my own.
I will not be recommending Dreamcloud to friends or family and downgraded to a one star review due to the poor response from Dreamcloud.

The reviews were important and because of them we did purchase a bed and mattress .

I thought after 20 years, I should really change my mattress. I researched various ones, I did like my memory foam mattress, so a hybrid sounded the perfect choice. The review’s helped me decide the right mattress for me, organising a delivery date was really convenient, I felt the cost of the mattress was reasonably priced & guarantee of satisfaction.
I’ve slept on it now for a few weeks & I am really delighted with it. As a Retired Nurse I am riddled with Arthritis & as a side sleeper, this makes for a comfortable night’s sleep.
It was a really good decision, but be mindful it’s a 2 man job to get it upstairs & insitu 👍

I bought a king size mattress 3 years ago the lifetime warranty was a big factor because I broke my back a year before and needed a mattress that would allow me to sleep. After 3 years the mattress began to sag in the middle especially with two people on it. I called dream cloud and explained it am a vetran with back issues and that this expensive mattress i bought just a few years ago has started sagging. They told me to take pictures so I did then they wanted me to stand the mattress up and take pictures. I told them with my back issues I could not do that. They told me to purchase one of their mattress toppers and that would solve the issue. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So there is no lifetime guarantee . The middle eastern man who answered the phone could not even speak English. Dream cloud is a joke and their customer service is worse. DONT WAST YOUR TIME AND MONEY. ON TOP OF THAT THEY TREAT VETRANS LIKE CRAP.

Poor quality materials, weak design/construction.

Lovely comfortable mattress. Bought originally for a loft room with limited access as it comes in a box. We now have 2! Really easy to order and fast delivery. We bought the bundle which included duvet, bedding, mattress protector and pillows. Absolutely love the bedding which is super soft just wish it came in other colours as would like to order more. The pillows were much too firm for us so are now unfortunately redundant 🤷‍♀️. I would definitely recommend this company though overall we are very happy with our purchases.

This is the filler in the Dreamcloud pillow they charged £30 each for. Its bacically chunks of foam fragments that vary from the microscopic to large 8mm chunks. Make up your own minds. I asked them if this was normal. They didnt answer. They insisted they wouldnt change them as the Guarantee had run out. Images pending. There doesnt seem to be a way of uploading the images here.

I spent some time researching and testing mattresses before opting for this one - reasons great reviews, great guarantee and promise. Delivery was on time to my bedroom and unpacking easy. Had a super nights sleep after letting it breath. And ever since perfect nights sleep and im fussy!!

This company is phenomenal. The mattress is amazing but even when after 3 years the cover split open they replied to our email with minutes, setup an appointment within a week and within 2 weeks we had a brand new mattress delivered and the old one replaced without losing our forever warranty. Hands down best customer service ever as well as the most comfortable mattress ! I recommend them to everyone !

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. A perfect night's sleep from the first night. Good support right up to the edge of the mattress. Delivery was timely and efficient.

After much research looking for a new mattress, I selected this company partially due to the great reviews, but sadly in general reviews can be less than truthful. The thing that made my mind up was the 365 return policy. You may wonder why, well I have had an hybrid mattress previously & after around 6 months it was getting saggy in the area I usually sleep (I always sleep in the same place) so was less supportive & as the mattress could only be rotated, not turned, both areas were the same, so a 365 return option is a great safeguard.
It was very simple to order the mattress, great email communications regarding what to expect regarding delivery. The delivery was trouble free & the delivery men were very helpful & friendly. So 5 star all round
