Bad quality: the fabric quality is so bad that less than 1 year after my purchase, my jeans are ripped at every possible seam and unwearable
i live in Spain and i purchased 1 jeans via my mobile phone and paid the amount 69€ included the shipment 15€ to my home. as it was specified in the shopify interface. at my surprise few days after i received a message from UPS company that delivery was at an access point at 40km from my house!!!i react immediately at consumer service of Dr.Denim who does not care or does not understand that delivery was at my home.So opening a dispute after telling them ; or you deliver at home or i do not want your product, i have being thread by an agent of consumer service that they want to charge more money for the return of their garment. Are they crazy or what??? do you take people for idiots when they buy you something and you have to retire a good at 40kms when you specifified home delivery? At this day almost 1 month after they haven't still refund my money.Shame on them!!!Bad experience and not recomend this brand Sorry.
I love these jeans. Mine have got a modern cut and a little distressed look. But the main reason is because they're super comfortable.
I like the materials and the designs but the pockets are just ridiculously small. Hade to sew in new pockets to be able to walk. Everyone has a phone and every phone is about the same size. Pleas make the pockets bigger so I can move like a normal person. Until then I’m not buying any pants from doctor denim.
Absolute terrible quality jeans. Wore once and they bagged out atleast two sizes within an hour. Then, reported the issue to customer service as I thought the quality was an absolute joke .. had another terrible experience as it took atleast 4 days to get any response. Customer service danced around the issue for weeks after I followed there direction to send photos of the jeans as well as cooperated in providing any details they requested. Customer service then recommended I resolve the issue by throwing the jeans in the dryer! How laughable. Drdenim then outright declined to accept my refund request and said the jeans were final sale. What a joke after dancing around with customer service for three weeks, after following there requests to provide details and waiting for days to hear a single response .. I filed a complaint with the BBB and still drdenim refused to resolve the matter. My advice is save your money! You could buy better quality jeans at the dollar store for half the price and customer service doesn’t provide any service at all.
Really disappointed with this brand. After only 1 wash, the pair of jeans (style name Echo) I bought from Dr Denim was unrecognizable. The originally vibrant black color had faded as if I had washed it a hundred times, there were greyish-white streaks all over the fabric, one of the rivets had disappeared, and worst of all, the whole back of the belt area had gotten damaged and tapered, as if it had chafed or been worn for many years. I always rigorously follow washing instructions, and never had such a problem with other jean brands. Honestly, even jeans from H&M or such brands are better quality, don't waste your money on this brand.
I bought a pair of jeans from Asos after seeing them in a store where they only had size 27/32 while I needed a shorter size, 30. So I ordered a 27/30 from Asos but they ran small, had to return and get a 28/30, which I found a bit strange... Having said that, I really love the model and I'm planning to buy it in a different color. I'm not sure about the quality, some of the stitching around the crotch looks poorly made. Let's see how they hold up.
