I bought this product to remove system…
I bought this product to remove system data for my MAC. It did not work. Apple support advised that this product should not be used. Their email contact address does not reply. I asked via their chat bot for a refund and was informed that an agent would contact me. Three days later I have heard nothing.
Following this review I was contacted by the support team who processed a refund very quickly. As a result I have changed the review from one to two stars.
