Best Valentine day experience from DrBake.pk
Nice, reliable & Affordable service, I must say. First time, I ordered for my fiance in Rawalpindi for valentine day, I wasted their time a lot & I was doubtful & on delivery day I also called them multiple times, But service was good & it was really nice surprise for Him, Now he is my husband & we both use DrBake.pk for sending gifts to our family & friends, because we trust them a lot.

thieves, scammers, greedy!!! these are the three words i have for them after my terrible experience. wish i could give a quarter of a star...most pathetic service i 'v ever come across with...they did not deliver what they promise or claim otherwise; on their blingy shiny website. i paid additional delivery charges for Sunday and just requested for delivery before 7pm but that guy kept on sending me messages on whatsapp "if you want that i'l send you an invoice of extra $5". I insisted that please do it without asking for more as i have already paid extra but their greed won in the end. How to lose a customer, one should learn from them. Despite my continous follow up on whatsapp they just chose to ignore me completely. And to make things even worse, i have been charged twice on my credit card and not sure, whether that new charge would be reversed or their greediness would make me cost more than Rs. 10,000 for an ordinary 2 pound cake.

Guide properly & Even add Free Extra bouquet, Really Nice Experience
I like there variety of items, they have bakeries & items from different brands according to my budget & whatever Quality I like to order, For Special Occasions I have option for really premium items & for routine I have availability of local brands which are suitable to my routine budget. Customer Care Representatives Clearly mention & guide properly. In start it seems little nonprofessional but I like the fact they are straight forward & actually do what they say. Not like so called customer care professionals, who say something & do something else, I recommend everybody to try them at least once.

DrBake Pakistan is a bunch of thieves and scammers. They will charge your credit card but NOT deliver your order or will deliver not as described.
Staff is rude, will refuse to listen to your complaints, refuse to issue refund and then stop taking your calls and block you from chat/WhatsApp.
Save your time and money and order with some better gifting website. DrBake Pakistan will ruin your special occasion.
Owners Kashif Nawaz & Asif Nawaz should be ashamed for recruiting such poor staff.
Mr. Kashif, is it how you are treated as a customer in Florida?
