After only a few months use the 3D pen broke. I have contacted the company twice for a replacement pen but the company has not replied. Would never use them again. Customer support - non existent. I am posting this in the vain hope the company will follow it up.

Draw3d sent out a faulty Pen and have not replied to many emails I have sent to regarding this then my eventual requests for a refund.

Terrible company! Shipped an item that was faulty and didn’t work. Have refused to reply to my multiple emails asking for a refund or replacement

Ordered from this company, unfortunately it never arrived. Sent an email and the order was repeated but again never arrived. Emailed several times and tried phoning but got no response and phone number is not connected. After nearly a month an email arrived stating that I would receive partial refund. Still waiting to receive back the full amount paid. Absolutely disgusting company. Avoid!!

I have been contacted the company twice. Firstly to change the shipping address as I have mistakenly put the wrong address and the team acted really fast and send the item to the jew address. Secondly, I thought that the pen isn’t working so I emailed back to see what are the options. I received and email full of support within 2 hours and have the pen working.
I am really impressed of their great customer service.

The pen is quite difficult to use as lines tend to curl in on themselves rather than just draw so it can result in a blob or a mess. Maybe it takes some practice? It looked much easier on the video than it actually is. The set includes 2 finger covers, but they have holes in (not sure why). They can be used to hold down one end, to help make shapes, but my daughter has burnt her fingers a few times.

Broke within 30 minutes of usage. Instructions and troubleshooting guide not useful. Have contacted company for assistance as this was a birthday present for my daughter.

This review is from a customer service perspective. I have seen that others have reported bad experiences, but I wanted to share mine.
The ordering process was brilliant, but it was the courier company who messed it all up. I won’t name them, but they decided not to follow my delivery instructions and claimed to have delivered my parcel - no parcel found. First contact with the courier was responded to very quickly, then after I made it known they messed up… no more contact. I decided to reach out to draw3D who immediately responded and almost straight away offered to send out a replacement via next day delivery. Very apologetic even though they did nothing wrong, but they didn’t ignore me and jumped right on it. Cannot fault them one bit.

I've ordered the ultimate draw 3D pack. Quick delivery to the correct place. We gave it to our daughter as main birthday gift a week or 2 later, only then we realised it was faulty. The pen would turn on but on LCD screen would say something similar to EPP. The next day I received an email to give feedback. I replied to that email, told them what happened and asked if I should be posting it back to them, costumer service was excellent. Prompt email reply advising to make a video. I only managed to take a photo. However, they could see it was faulty and immediately sent me a full refund and have not asked to return the item. I have now just purchased the 3D pen on it's on from them again. Fingers crossed this one will work! Thanks

Like everything about the 3D Pen. Good gift for my kids. Can't wait for them to use it.

I received a 3d pen which is faulty, it turns on but does not heat up. I have sent a message on the website form and 3 emails but have yet to get a response from the company to arrange exchange for a working pen. It was my daughter's main birthday present and she is very disappointed that we have not been able to resolve the issue.

I did not receive the goods - a Christmas present for my grandson. I ordered the full set. So disappointing .
I'm trying to put the date as 3/1/24 but this has decided I should write 3/3/24 which is wrong!

Impossible to contact the seller. They simply dont reply to email and a phone calls. Returns are essentially impossible. To cancel order is impossible as well. If the thing breaks down then you are on your own - no support no replies.
I bet this "shop" is just one guy or a group of pals reselling chinese stuff.
Use Amazon. At least they can put pressure on seller.

👍 so far, bought the 3D kit for my granddaughter, christmas 2023 and she's had hours of fun with it, have just ordered 2 more packs of filaments for her birthday as she has run out

Two stars for a swift refund.
The pen did not work

Bought an expensive 3D pen for my daughter’s Christmas present. The pen stopped working after one go. It’s a disgrace that the company has not returned my email or message and I can’t reach them by phone.

The 3D Draw customer service team responded very quickly to us when we had a query and solved the problem right away. Very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

3D pen that I have received (which was clearly a mistake to buy from this company) does not work. It has same issue, as mentioned by several users below, does not heat up. I have sent an email to them and tried to call the number they have in their contact. But no response so far. I am going to raise a claim through my credit card provider. avoid them at any cost.
