I had been looking for white, or off-white, denim and found it online at Drapers. I rang and discussed thickness options and then placed an order.
The shipping was prompt and the quality was good. Unfortunately the colour that was listed as 'off-white' was more of a cream tone, and not suitable for my purposes. My phone calls were dealt with in a helpful and professional manner. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction, and I will have no hesitation in recommending this company, their fabric, and their service.

Please do not spend your hard earned money at a place that has no customer service. My first experience with Drapers Fabrics involved hanging around in the Brunswick St store to collect a Click and Collect order. The one sales assistant was busy, and the other seemed oblivious and I only realised that this person eating a croissant was actually employed there when she eventually offered to cut the fabric that I wanted to purchase. She proceeded to do this with the croissant in her mouth, no regard for potential grease stains.

My second order was online and the parcel was supposed to arrive last Wednesday. Unfortunately this business use Aramex for their deliveries, in spite of the poor reviews online that will explain what a dreadful service they offer. The parcel appeared to have been delivered, but on requesting a photograph from the courier, it appeared on a doorstep which is definitely not in our street and potentially not in our suburb. How it arrived there is anyone's guess. Drapers Fabrics called from New Zealand to find out more, the person's suggestion was that I request a different courier when placing an order, unfortunately I didn't know they used Aramex as I would have rather gone into the store and risked the croissant eating sales person again. He also suggested that I "train the driver". A ridiculous suggestion, the driver delivered the parcel to the wrong address so how could I do this. They have not refunded the amount, or offered to re-supply the fabric and post to me or allow me to collect. The customer service is so terrible and I will never buy from them again.
