Dreadful experience as had Klargester BioAir septic tank fitted 2 yrs ago but Klargester have just visited and pump not fitted or secured properly, electric fitted wrongly, valve in tank incorrectly fitted, pump hose incorrectly exposed and will eventually breaks due to UV damage, never got back to me on calls or emails, not given any certification re separate, no owners manual, just shoddy. Don't want others to go through this.
Fast efficient service sorting a drain pipe on my property. Both members of staff I spoke too very helpful. Will 100% recommend and be using again in future.
I called drain dogs today as we had a blockage leading to our septic tank. They arrived within a couple of hours and did a fantastic job. The technician showed great commitment in resolving the issue and we are flushed with success.

They came to our house after a company who was emptying our sceptic tank said the drain was blocked and decided to rod the drain themselves, then lost a rod and plunger in the Buchan trap. Drain dogs did an excellent job, and the man on the mini digger was very polite and professional. Highly recommended!
Avoid at all cost, check out the qualifications of this company first before using. Terrible work, failed to unblock drains but still charged for visit. Customer service !! non
