It was a none urgent job but offered later that day service. Opted for next morning. Phone call with half hour warning of arrival. A few minutes late but no problem. Operatives knew what they were doing and 50 minutes later they were going. Problems sorted. Very pleased.

I had a call-back to arrange a visit within minutes & an appointment within 48 hours for a non-urgent call out. The engineer (Lee Horner) was excellent - punctual, polite and, importantly, extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and ensured I had a quote for remedial work that arrived promptly. Altogether a very professional service. I can strongly recommend.
