The lads came today arrived on the time they said did a fantastic job putting in a new drain,the old one had collapsed I would without Hesitation recommend Drain doctor to anyone who has problems with drainage or plumbing no hard selling keep you informed all the time thanks for sorting me out will not hesitate to use you again should the need arise

I put too much down the waste disposal and blocked the kitchen sink. 5 bottles of Mr Muscle couldn’t shift it, so I called Drain Doctor. Jason arrived promptly, was very efficient, polite and most of all, effective. The sink is now running properly and I couldn’t be more pleased.

They came to unblock our drain gulley (the outside drain that the kitchen sink and washing machine drain into).
The engineer came within 90 minutes of my initial phone call and had unblocked the drain within another 30 minutes. The guy (sorry didn't catch your name) was really polite and kept me informed of what was happening. Would highly recommend!

Everyone I spoke to either on the phone or in person was incredibly helpful, and everything was straightforward and efficient. The phone line is open on weekends and evenings as well which is very useful, and the survey carried out was scheduled quickly, and was really helpful and reassuring.
