I couldn’t believe how serious the problem with my kitchen and how quick they sort it out for me. Called them in the morning and problem fixed before 12 on the same day. Paul was very professional and polite. Now my kitchen drainage is like new and no doubt, I will strongly recommend them to my friends.

Paul was punctual, careful not to damage patio, thorough to diagnose issue and quick to resolve. Highly recommend.

Had a slow drain that was prone to getting blocked. The guys turned up on time and talked me through the camera footage and how the issue could be resolved .The same team were booked in to realign and fix damaged areas and I have to say what a refreshing change to see a element pride being taken has they went about their work . Top service

Honestly couldn't fault them - I must confess the initial reaction to the problem was one of "not sure we can fix this", followed up by a conversation about what the long term fix would be. I thought oh no, here we go. BUT the chap was sterling, he described what he was going to try, explained the costs, and it worked! Awesome, no fuss, no bother, a little bit of tenacity and job done. Honestly could have hugged him. Oh and the booking process was simple and very well organised. Would absolutely not hesitate to use again. Sorry completely gushing review, but I was thrilled....

I recently used Drain Doctor for a blocked drain issue caused by tree roots and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received.

Wayne and Paul carried out the work, and they were both fantastic-professional, knowledgeable and very informative throughout. They clearly explained the problem, talked me through the repair process, and completed the repair of the broken drain with real skill and efficiency.

The job was finished to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. It’s such a relief to have the issue properly resolved.
