Facing Christmas with a blocked drain and unable to use the kitchen sink. After 2 days’ effort, 2 previous firms had told us we needed a drain survey and a builder. Decided to give it one more try and called Drain Doctor. Third time lucky! Jake arrived within 2 hours, looked at the problem, told us what he needed to do, worked his magic and fixed it in no time. No fuss. No mess. Simply a great service from someone who knew what he was doing and had the right tools to do the job. Overall excellent service! Can’t thank him enough! Happy Christmas Jake!

When my drains became completely blocked due to extensive root growth, I contacted Drain Doctor and was immediately impressed by their prompt response. Two technicians arrived on time and worked tirelessly for a full four hours to resolve the issue. Their dedication and professionalism throughout the job were truly outstanding.
From the moment they started, they kept me fully informed every step of the way. They used camera inspections to show me exactly what was causing the blockage, shared clear photos and videos of the progress, and patiently explained what they were doing and why. This level of transparency made me feel completely confident in their approach and removed any stress from what could have been a very worrying situation.
The technicians were friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Once the drains were fully cleared, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the area spotless as if they had never been there.
I was equally impressed with the detailed invoice I received afterwards. It included a comprehensive description of the work carried out, accompanied by numerous before-and-after photos, giving me complete peace of mind about the quality and extent of the repairs.

Called them on Thursday and they came as agreed on Saturday without charging extra for a weekend. He power jetted the drain and used a camera to see if the drain was collapsing (which luckily it wasn’t). Polite worker and careful with our manhole cover imbedded in ceramic garden tiles.

The plumber (Jake) was efficient and professional. He was a very pleasant chap and was very thorough. I would highly recommend Drain Doctor, and use them again should the need arise.

I messed about, trying to get 2 independent companies to come and survey my drains for a house purchase, and they didn't even get back to me. I contacted Drain Doctor and they called me straight away, fixed up the survey (in double quick time), contacted the estate agent and made no fuss. They did all the work, I just left It in their hands. It was a good value survey, they were happy for my bespoke requirements to be met. Too many CCTV companies have a fixed product at a fixed price. If you only want half of the work, they still charge the full price! However, Drain Doctor will do exactly what you want. The operative, Dave, was great. Easy to talk to and happy to help. The staff who answer the phones are very pleasant and well organised, they do what they say they will and call you back to confirm everything. You actually get to speak to a person who wants to help.
Dave had a problem with a piece of equipment, which delayed him for a good while, on site, but the charge quoted to me stayed the same.

Called about 5 companies who all refused to come out until the morning eventhough it was an emergency with our blocked up main drains. Tried Drain Doctor next who's company director was very professional and helpful on the phone. An engineer arrived within the hour and sorted the problem out straight away and charged us a reasonable fee. Very happy with the service.
