My son gave me one for my birthday…
My son gave me one for my birthday which was on 3rd December 2021. The packaging arrived as if it was a returned from another customer. The remote does not work and lead was missing. My son is having problem getting his money back because if those issues. Now they said we should have taken pictures before returning. I feel with volume of work in December, warehouse staff tend to neglect certain part of the job.

There was no manual included. How do you expect elderly people to know all these things? I am from old school. For this reason, I don't order anything on line.
It is a real shame if my son does not get his money back plus out goes my birthday present

Very speedy delivery not very well wrapped resulting in the charger being broken in transit so I haven't been able to use it yet, still awaiting a reply as to to the replacement.

Disappointing
I hoped for more with this product. I am unable to change between the modes and the remote doesn’t work. I think I will be returning it as it is not fit for purpose. Very disappointed.

Item received very quickly but finding it quite difficult to use. User manual is not the easiest to follow by a long shot especially when trying to use the pads on your back. I wouldn't buy again

Not sure whether i like it yet cant work the remote the plug is not is abit hit and miss .have plug it in some times it works and some times it does not so i unplug and try again then it works .

Drainastim. A good product.
Since using the Drainastim I have found that my energy levels are slowly returning to normal and my ankles are not so swollen. This is a major improvement as I have been suffering from fatigue for over 2 years. I also think that as I use the Drainastim for 25 minutes daily I am relaxing and my anxiety levels have decreased. Thank you for a brilliant product.
