I ordered and received several different beauty products from this online shop. I had an allergic reaction to 4 of them, although they are different, but they all looked almost the same: flowing transparent gel. At the same time, I have never had or have any allergies or other negative reactions to the same ingredients in any other cosmetic products. It was very strange.

I'm sorry to hear that, but we have never had any complaints from customers about any of the products you have purchased. You have ordered Aquaxyl, Cosphaderm X34 (Xanthan), Glycerin palm oil free, Hyaluron acid triple solution, silk protein and Sepinov EMT 10.
Cosphaderm and Sepinov are powders, the others are different liquids. Glycerin is clear and odorless and very viscous. There is no evidence of allergic reactions to glycerine. Aquaxyl and Hyaluron triple solution are registered trademarks of cosmetic companies. There have been no problems here either. And silk protein is also uncritical.
I cannot understand your assessment. Have you preserved the formulation or is there another substance in it that you react to? You are welcome to send us an email about this.
