I actually purchased my glasses and lenses 2 years ago but forgot to leave a review. Both were of good quality and overall I am pleased with them. The price I paid for each were extremely reasonable. Far below anywhere you would find on the high street! The only negatives were they took a very long time to arrive (5 weeks) and the lenses slightly distort vertical lines at the outer edge of each lens making them appear slightly curved. It did take some getting used to but I don't even notice it now. I still wear them today. Would definitely order from here again!

I purchased a pair of designer frame glasses from this company. I had searched the internet and found them to be at least 30% cheaper than anyone else. Within a week of placing my order my glasses arrived. I will definitely be using this company again and will be recommending them to family and friends.

Dragonspecs saved me a huge amount of money compared to getting glasses from Vision Express, a £125 price difference is incredible. The glasses were with me within a week, and the customer service was amazing. I'll definitely be getting future pairs from Dragonspecs, the experience on the high street has been abysmal over the last few years so getting things done so easily, cheaply and effectively with Dragonspecs has been a brilliant change!

I found the pair of prescription glasses i wanted in a high street opticians which would cost me £210. i found the exact same pair on this site for £61!!! Best site ive came across. Very fast and reliable service and quick response via email when i sent a question to them. Came in a lovely ted baker box, Very pleased and would highly recommend to anyone.

I'm not one for writing reviews but I feel in the case of Dragon Specs it is warranted. The communication and service has been exemplary and the price fantastic. I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again!

Having found a pair of glasses that my wife wanted on the high street, we found the asking price in a well known high street retailer a little hard to swallow. After a browse of the internet for the glasses we stumbled upon Dragonspecs and found the same frames for a fraction of the cost. Being a little dubious I searched out some reviews of Dragonspec which all turned out to be quite positive, so made the order. After waiting 13 working days ( Dragonspecs quote 7-10 working days) we got a bit worried and contact Alex who looked into this immediately and chased up the frames which due to supplier mistake was delayed. The glasses arrived a week later, with complimentary upgrade lenses and my wife is over the moon with them. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the best glasses at the best price.

Dragon Specs made buying my glasses a simple pleasure. Alex was quick to email in reply to queries, and he gave straightforward advice about lens finishes and so on. When my first choice frame wasn't available he was apologetic and helpful- in the end I've preferred the second choice anyway. I'll be ordering my next specs from Dragon.

Having a very high prescription I wear glasses everyday and wanted to treat myself to a designer pair, however the cost on high street was very high.
I had a look on the internet but was quite wary about buying online as have always previously bought my glasses off the high street, and was concerned about how the frames would look and if the lens could be thinned appropriately.
I decided to place an order with Dragonspecs as they were extremely helpful over the phone prior to placing an order, the price was by far cheaper than elsewhere, and they had a great range to choose from.
The staff kept me informed via email on the status of my order and delivery date which I really appreciated. I have received my order today and am extremely pleased with the product and the service I have received.

My first order with Dragon specs was a great success and it carries on from there. This is my 3rd order and as expected, I am delighted with the quality, response and overall customer service. Will not go anywhere else!

I was a bit hesitant about buying prescription glasses online but felt reassured after reading other reviews. I got my eyes tested in a major high street retail store but i was unsure about which frames to choose (and the cost) so I took the prescription. I found Dragonspecs through an online search and found the frames I liked. I couldn't quite make out the prescription, so I emailed a copy of it to Dragonspecs. I got a response immediately telling me to order the frames and lenses and to leave the numbers blank as they had the copy prescription.
I placed the order and received the glasses promptly. They are perfect and cost about £200 less than on the high street.
Excellent company and exceptional service.

This is the first time I have experienced buying glasses online. Dragonspecs reviews put my mind at rest and I'm very glad I trusted them.

On receipt of my glasses I found there to be a problem with one of the lenses. After contacting Alex I sent them back to the lab to be checked - in the meantime I sought out my previous prescription and realised that the error had come from my recent eye test! I sent the revised prescription to Alex and got my lens changed.

I received my glasses last week and they are perfect! The communication every step of the way was first class. I would certainly have no qualms about buying glasses from dragonspecs again and would recommend them as a reputable and reliable online glasses shop.

Received my second pair of Prada glasses from Dragonspecs and can't be more pleased with them. I had a bit of a problem deciphering my prescription so contacted Alex, he was so helpful, told me to take a photo of it, send it to him and he would sort. This being done there was then a problem with the supplier not having the frames I ordered, Alex emailed me straight away and offered a refund if I was not happy to wait the few weeks on them coming back into stock. Communication is fantastic and love the one to one service given, top marks Alex!!! When my glasses arrived a couple of weeks later I was chuffed to bits with them plus being £150 cheaper than High St stores, even more happy! About to order a pair of Ray Bans now. I have told all my friends and family to spread the word about Dragonspecs as I wouldn't buy from anywhere else now.

As a first time buyer I was almost suspicious of Dragon Specs' prices as they were way below anyone else. I looked at the reviews and they were almost universally positive, so I decided to give it a go. As mentioned elsewhere Alex makes all the difference and his personal involvement throughout the process gives great confidence. Without doubt I will return as they are everything they, and others, say they are.
