Wasted money
Over 2 hours to deliver. Pizza was lukewarm, the wrap was freezing, partner put in a foul mood due to it being so long and inedible when it arrived so I've had to deal with the bad mood. Restaurant refused to send a driver out to collect the food to get it returned and refunded when contacting them and foodhub and claimed the food was perfect (had been over 2 hours wait when website stated 50 minutes) food was definitely sat for some time. Offered a measly £8 in coupons from foodhub (£3 for the long wait and £5 for the cold inedible food I've spent £22 on) not impressed and this was my go to restaurant in ponty, however being told our freezing cold inedible wrap was delivered perfectly acceptable I won't be returning. Such a shame as I thought I found the restaurant for us.
This may be the only time this has happened, but when mistakes happen I'd expect them to say sorry or something and acknowledge we're offering for the food to be collected and returned to be refunded, but they straight up declined and said it was perfectly acceptable when delivered (again after 2 hours where the food was probably sat for a while). £22 wasted, £8 is coupons offered, but as I've said in this review this restaurant was the only one I've really only ever trusted in ponty, so £22 wasted. Can't recommend this place anymore due to now having wasted money.
